I've been coming to this Chipotle location for a while now. Most of the time, the food and service are solid. But there’s one employee who consistently ruins the experience — a younger guy with blond hair and glasses who works the Chipotlane window for online order pickups.
Every time he’s at the window, it’s the same thing: bad attitude. Today was the worst. I gave him my name, and he immediately let out a loud sigh before handing me the bag like I was an inconvenience. I checked the bag and saw he crammed all our items into one that clearly wasn’t big enough — the queso was tilted and leaking, and the kids’ chips were missing.
I backed up to the window to let him know, and with a visibly annoyed face, he says, “Yes?” I told him our chips were missing, and instead of helping, he rolls his eyes and peers into the bag like I’m lying. I showed him the contents, and he begrudgingly went to get one bag of chips. I reminded him it should be two kids’ chips — he sighed again, rolled his eyes again, then went to check the computer as if he still didn’t believe me. Turns out he was wrong, and he handed me another bag without saying a word.
If you hate your job that much, just quit. His attitude is horrible, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened with him. If it happens again, I’ll be reporting it to corporate. This level of customer service is...

When I picked my order up, my 8 bowls were stuffed into 3 tiny bags without handles which made it very difficult to carry. I had to ask for bags with handles so I could carry everything out to my car. Multiple employees saw me struggling to carry it all and then ask for bags with handles and not one employee offered to help. Opening the bags to hand out the bowls, NONE of the food was marked! We had to open every item to see what was in it. It was a disaster! I was so disappointed with my service that I went back to the restaurant to speak with the manager and all he said was "Oh yeah, our label maker it broken. Sorry." Read moreThe location was out of most items including brown rice, fajitas, lettuce, Barbara and many other items. Yet they expect you to pay full price for half the items. It's just robbery. They do not tell you until they have started and advanced on the order that they are missing certain items, making it difficult for the customer to just walk away mid-order. While these food items were missing for in person clients, they were available for online orders. When I asked why, I was told the online customers have already paid, so the store has to reserve the items for them. In addition, the counter tops were gross and smeared with food and when pieces of food fell on the counter, the servers just dropped them back into the serving bins with the rest of the food.
