Update: Better service today. Got a large Costco size bag of Starbucks coffee ground today. They did it quick and no trouble at all. The team was working quickly and getting the drink orders out in a reasonable amount of time. First time I've been here in a while where the service was very good. Previous: Still slow as molasses. Drive thru line is out into the mini-stripmall parking lot, so park and go inside and order. Then sit and wait and wait and wait, while they continue to serve the drive thru line. Your order is in line with the rest of the drive-thru. Also love the pre-order process. I watched as people kept coming in the door and picking up drink after drink looking for their name. No hygiene in this at all. Numerous people from outside coming in from the cold to touch your drink over and over until you finally show up! Hope y'all like the convenience and the numerous hands that have held your drink before you did! Yuck!Previous: Went through the drive-thru today. My wife went inside to buy some whole bean coffee and get it ground for a French press. Only two cars in the drive thru... the car ahead of me, and me. I had dropped my wife at the front door so she could go in and get the coffee ground instead of us taking time in the drive thru waiting for coffee to be ground and hold the whole line of people behind us up. The one car in front of me had 3 people in it. Whatever they ordered, it was several complex fru-fru drinks. I could hear the barista at the window going back and forth with the driver over each goofy drink... Double pump this, extra that, blah blah blah. Of course they were not just buying coffee... They were buying complex sugar bombs that might have a little coffee in it. Their drinks took so long to get that my wife eventually came walking around the corner and into the drive-thru line to get in the car, while I was still waiting for the air-heads in front of me to get their sugar loaded junk coffee! My wife got in and said, "What is taking so long?" (Wife used to be a Starbucks barista years ago). I looked and grinned at her and she knew... Kids ordering anything but actual coffee! Previous: Went inside and it was practically empty of customers (good!) Very friendly service and fairly quick today. We bought three bags of various coffee beans to be ground for a French Press. Took a little while to get ground, but not an unreasonable amount of time like the last time I came here. They got to it rather than dilly dallying around like the...
Read moreDate July 26th 2025.., My post response after ownership responded:
After reading other negative reviews, I can see that the management and ownership of this facility truly does not care about their customers experience and they're in it just for the money. And I also noticed that all the responses to the negative reviews are almost identical with a generic statement of reaching out to the management if we want to discuss anything further, which is a slap in the face to the consumer. There's only one way to teach a lesson to a business that conducts themselves in this manner and that is to boycott this location permanently. Your choice is a customer so it's up to you as Google readers on how you will respond.
My original statement of review: First of all, Starbucks food should be avoided at all costs. Not good nor properly made. I've been there half a dozen times and at least four out of the six times I've been there My coffee came out lukewarm and tasted nasty. And I'm referring to just regular black coffee. Personally I don't know that I'll return unless I have somebody with me that's requesting Starbucks coffee. I can get a better hot cup of black coffee at McDonald's for way less money than trying to fight the drive-thru at this location and the lack of attention to their coffee product that's served in the public. Can't quite see the attraction anymore of...
Read moreBy far the slowest and most inconsistent Starbucks location EVER. Our family has stopped ordering the white mocha frappes from this location entirely, for some reason it always tastes off. The very last time we ordered it a couple of weeks, it came out looking like a vanilla bean. When I double checked with the barista her response was, “I must have used a different coffee”. Never asking if we wanted a new one made. Needless to say, after one sip my husband ended up tossing it in the trash.
Just this week alone, 3 out of the 5 times I have placed a mobile order, I’ve had to wait past 15 minutes. Today’s mobile order wait time was what sent me over the edge. Placed my order at 7:15 a.m, by 7:43 a.m, I was still waiting on my order, along with 11 other patrons. I’m not trying to be a cranky pants, but seriously! The close to 30 minutes wait time defeats the purpose of placing a mobile order! I had already mentally prepared myself for a 15 minutes wait time based off my previous experience twice earlier this week. But definitely was not prepared for the lengthy wait time today. Considering switching to Scooters across the street or making the extra drive to a different Starbucks location. So disappointed as I was so excited to have a Starbucks conveniently located...
