My husband ordered 2 pizzas. We are staying in a hotel. On Pizza huts website they have a space for special instructions, which is where my husband put the room number. An hour after the food delivery time, he called. My husband explained the situation and instead of just offering a suggestion to fix the scenario she preceeded to list every way it was our fault. First she said we didn't give the room number. It was in the special instructions box Im sorry your company doesn't have a square for that and that the staff isn't smart enough to understand the special instructions given. Then she said the driver went to the front desk. The front desk staff said NO ONE from Pizza hut came in, and yes they have cameras! So the driver never even came to the hotel or called, they lied to their manager who got an attitude with us. After she got tired of listing our faults she said she would resend the driver with the SAME PIZZAS THAT WERE AN HOUR OLD. When we asked her to remake them she got an attitude again and refused to make fresh pizza. Because she was so rude I asked for her managers contact information. She said to look it up online. The manager (if that's true) refused to give her name and canceled our order because she didn't want to deal with us anymore. She talked over my husband half the call whuch she kept saying was recorded, and was one of the worst managers I have ever dealt with. I will never order food from them again. Stay away from this location and save yourself a headache until they find better managers and staff. Not smart or good with customers even though it was their fault. Shameful. In the time it took me to write this I went to the Pizza Hut on Blackbob they made and got my PIZZAS to me without the drama. She gave us the contact number the other manager told us to look up online and gave us our food for free. Jennifer at the Blackbob and 151st store is smart she knew that manager should have remade the food. Her giving us our food free tells me we weren't wrong. She apologized for the other woman. Thanks to the woman on Parker instead if Pizza hut selling 2 pizzas, they wasted 2 and gave 2 away all because of one bad manager. They should just close this location. Read moreI wanted to use my reward points towards a pizza, but the app was not applying the points. I figured it was because I had selected a pizza through the deals page. So, I removed that pizza and ordered it through the regular menu. Still, it did not apply, so I placed the order but did not pay through the app to get help at the store.
When I arrived, I explained what happened and was told that the discount was through Corporate and that she (the District Manager) could not apply it for me. I said ok and asked if she could charge me the deal rate since, as mentioned before, I did not take advantage of it as I was trying different ways of ordering to get the points redeemed. She said no, it was always a Corporate discount. I indicated that I know that was the case, but know that she has the option to use their own codes. She replied that it would not be fair to others to give me that discount. I told her that I would not be coming back as a result, considering the situation as it was not my own fault. She said that was fine. I then said ok, perhaps I did not need the order at all today which she said ok. So, I left without a pizza.
Rather than helping me part way by honoring the discount, she was fine lossing a customer and the income I could bring with future business after learning from the Corporate experience. She had every opportunity to show me respect and treat me with care, but she decided and said that she had to do as she has been told.
Papa John's across the street ended up with my business today instead.

It was not correct . it should have ground beef a small amount of pepperoni ,, mushrooms ( not dried paper mushrm) green pepper . i got pork chunks a few which i have never had on pizza before. There onions no olives. . .should be sliced black olives. The mgr said he would take it back and fix another one. I g o t the same one back.minus about 4 of sliced pepperoni a few more pork chunks ( bad bad bad ) never found the beef he said was there and more paper dried mushrooms( that taste like paper)..... The owners of PEPSICO have SCREWED UP. The Pizza Hut that use to be at leadt good.
How do i know... I worked for Pizza Hut and so did my sons. The taste is not there anymore .. Also they really pushed my reject button by charging me $2.40 for a 10 or 12 ounce drink. . now why would i pay that when i can go up the street and pay .69 cents for a 12ounce. COKE. ..
