FUEL CAFE | Keeps you fueling good! — Restaurant in Olathe

My doctor suggested I try Fuel Cafe because he knows they are a very good source for nutrients that make it easy to count calories and monitor macros. I'm on a weight loss journey right now and I've lost 48 pounds. The goal is 112 pounds lost. I order Fuel Cafe for nutritious and easy to grab and go meals for work. They have a lot of protein, nutrients, and taste amazing too. They have contributed to at least 20 pounds of my weight loss so far. They offer fresh pre-made meals at a fair price about 5-10 per depending. The prices are comparable if not better than something like freshly. And the food is much better. Everything I have tried so far has good flavor and isn't completely bland like some other health food places around and online services like freshly. The hot meal bowls are also a good quick healthy lunch. Would recommended if you looking for quick, easy, and fresh healthy meals, or hate cooking/meal prep.

Pros: •When ordering to go meals online they are ready for pickup pretty quickly •They switch up what meals are offered frequently enough to add variety •They seem to run decent sales somewhat often!

Cons: •Prices have gone up quite a bit in the last year or so •The quality seems to vary. We’ve been ordering off and on for a couple years and 9 times out of 10 the chicken is either extremely chewy or really dry. The other meats seem to be cooked well, but we’ve never been too happy with the chicken.
