Been here 100's of times. It is quite common for my order to come out wrong when using the drive thru. Unfortunately that's just something I've had to get used to. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable this time. This time was a little different. Pulled out to the first window. The manager and another worker greeted me and read my order back. Then asked that I go to the 2nd window without taking payment. This was off because they took payment from the car in front and behind me at the first window. But did what they said. Got to the 2nd window where no words were spoken to me. Just handed me a drink. I held out my card for payment for the meal. She looked confused. Came back with a receipt for a large Coke. I had ordered a #6 with a large Dr. Pepper. Let her know this was incorrect. Still no words. All the sudden they handed me a bag. I looked inside and it appeared all good. Tasted my drink. It was coke. Asked for the Dr pepper and tried handing them my card to pay for my meal and return the incorrect order. The manager now appeared and said don't worry you're good. I was only charged for a drink. That is the only reason. This isn't a 1 star review. So I left. Tried the drink on the way home...it was another coke. I didn't want to drive back because of a drink. So I would deal with it. Then when I got home (7 min drive) fries were completely cold. Nuggets were not only cold they were disgusting. As well as some type of paper or plastic being on top of one of the nuggets. This meal was a waste. Worst experience I've had at this location. Read moreWent through the drive through later at night, around 10 or 11 pm the other night. My friends and I wanted some frappe so we decided to get some from mcdonalds. My friend didn't realize there was moch frappes so she first ordered a medium Carmel one without the Carmel. Oncr she realized there was a mocha frappe she decided to switch it. Out order was one small mocha, one medium mocha and one caramel mocha. The lady was first confused when we switch the carmel with no drizzle to a mocha so I was understanding and explained it to her. We sat at the drive through for about 8 minutes with her continously messing up the order and for some reason not understanding the three simple drinks we wanted. I was still being understanding because I thought that perhaps she was new due to her struggle to set up our order. Finally she gave up and asked us to pull to window one to explain it for her. When I got to the window I clearly said that our order was: one large carmel frappe, one medium mocha frappe and one small mocha frappe. She then nodded and said okay as if she understood us. When we finally got out drinks they were all mocha which was extremely frustrating due to the 10 mins it took to simply order. I didnt drink the large mocha frappe due to the fact that I think chocolate is just not good so I ended up wasting money which was frustrating. At this point I didnt want to have to make them remake it because it was late and I had already wasted 10-12 mins at this mcdonalds. Read moreI went to this McDonald's with several friends after a school event. We were the only ones there upon arrival. Our orders were very simple - only four of us ordered, with a total of 6 items.
Five minutes later, a large group of people entered (from the same school event). This group was about 15-20 people, and essentially all of them ordered.
Minutes after this large group ordered, their food came out. My friends and I waited right next to the counter, yet only 2 friends got their food. After 15 minutes of waiting for the last 3 items (medium fry, mcflurry, ice cream), we asked the cashier about our food. She seemed to acknowledge us, so we felt confident that we would receive our food soon.
We waited for another 10 minutes. Each time she came and put more food from the other group on the counter. We were getting more and more frustrated so we asked her again. This time, she snapped at us, despite our very respectful and polite tone. She claimed that she already brought out the food and demanded to see our receipts for proof. We continued to reply politely but she only rolled her eyes and acted like it was our fault.
Finally, she went back to make our order and when she gave my friend the McFlurry, it was completely unblended. The bottom was all vanilla ice cream and the top was oreo crumbs.
We were very disappointed by this service. We came in first, ordered a very small amount, asked for our food politely after others immediately got theirs, only to end up with low-quality service and a wait time...
