Champion Burritos — Restaurant in Olathe

Their new location just opened down the street from us so we had to try it. I'm glad we did!! We ordered the carne asada street tacos and a shrimp taco with a side of beans and rice. Everything was reasonably priced compared to other local eateries. The food was out fast and hot! The asada was cooked perfectly and had the best flavor. Easily the best asada tacos I think I've ever had! My only regret was having not ordered more! The shrimp taco was amazing too! Cooked perfectly and so well seasoned. The pico on the Shrimp was so fresh and flavorful. Again, wish I had bought more! We also had a basket of chips that we used to try all their different salsa. All three were good, but my favorite was the green hot salsa. Great flavor and just enough burn to make you sweat! The staff were all super friendly and really knew their stuff! Overall, and absolutely great experience with great people and some great food! I walked away feeling as if I had ate an amazing home cooked meal! New location just opened up in Olathe…My family went today . My youngest son got the Big nachos he said it was good but a little too spicy for him he’s 10. My oldest son got the number 1 he liked it he said it’s better with extra sauce. My middle son got a smothered burrito he said it was spicy but good. I got the fajita burrito with steak and chicken and it was fire. The place was clean the people were very friendly.. The food was fresh and hot. We did not wait too long for it either.
