Starbucks — Restaurant in Olathe

I don't get Starbucks as much as I'd like and that's probably a good thing cause then I'd be broke but we don't have one in our area the closest one is like an hour away but when I do go I love a few different drinks and most of the time the customer service is pretty good sometimes they get the drink wrong depends on which one u go to other than that they r pretty good the one in Owasso Ok is the best they r nice friendly and if they mess up the fix it without any problems they always wear a smile and r very friendly although since the Covid they have new ppl and we truly miss our old friendlier ppl but they r still nice friendly and always wear a smile so if u haven't been there I truly recommend them. It's not that Starbucks is the best coffee in town. It's the fact that I know what to expect when I go from place to place while I travel and if I don't like something or if it tastes off or different than usual, they will remake it without an issue. Local coffee houses or hit and miss. While I love the atmosphere and the vibe, I have a specific way I like my blonde roast that doesn't necessarily translate. Been going here for three years. Staff are great, friendly, and attentive. They are very personable and will do their best to remember your name and your drink. I would highly recommend this place. My only constructive feedback is the parking lot, which is a common problem with Starbucks due to the volume of traffic. During peak times the drive thru lane gets pretty backed up.
