Horrible waitress not attentive to there tables have to ask for refills half the syrups including reg. Missing from half the tables. No silverware only received half our order had to remind waitress that we only got half. When asked for tea refill she brought it in to go cups like hurry up when left had to wait to pay cuz 1 employee hanging out in bathroom and 3 employees out back smoking. Only 8 tables between 3waitress. we ate there twice in last week had same rude inattentive seemed bothered cuz she couldn't take order correctly food got cold waiting for toast tht when finally brought was wrong toast so extra longer waiting 3rd time she brought right toast and acted like we we're being picky. My total was 35$ for 2ppl approx. 15$ a person and couldn't even get whole order to table at same time! I ordered coffee got 1 cup for 2.50 had to ask for the pitcher of hot coffee u useally get when u order coffee. Agian seemed bothered kept pushing us to order. Waitress name briana both visits. After waiting to pay cuz nobody was around. When left we seen y cuz they we're all outside smoking including 2 cooks. For a Friday nite at midnite we're only 8tables and clearly filling tables with condiments wasn't a priority either. This waitress needs to work on her customer skills and body language rolling eyes at request for sweet n low cuz there was none at our table found 2 packets at 1 of several empty tables around ours cuz she forgot somewhere between asking and going in getting. I don't know if she is a new employee or what. Not friendly at ALL. And to bring refills of drinks which shouldn't have to ask for but brings in a to go cup I'm sorry is just RUDE poor waitressing on her part. She will nvr make tips. Like I said this was 2 visits in same week if this is how ihop operates now then I'll take my 70$ I spent this there to waffle House at least ur waitress says hi. And acts like they like there jobs. I'm still deciding if 3rd times a charm and might get a...
Read moreWe were traveling across the country home, and after a rough day of Kansas folks not knowing how to drive, we hoped to have a nice family dinner, but as we entered and empty restaurant we had to wait several minutes for a server to get us a table. He took our order like a normal server, and walked away. He came back with our food, and 3 meals were perfectly fine. But the other two were not. The avacado toast. It wasnt even toast! It was just soggy bread with dry avacado on it! no butter either. We had it taken off our bill. Then the fishermans platter, 2 fried fish and 5 fried shrimp. Well, they gave us 4 fried fish and no shrimp at all. We asked to get our shrimpnajd a few condiments, and the server said he would get them. A few minutes later, he walks out of the kitchen empty-handed and walks over to the cash register. Were confused and someone else thats waiting is also confused. the person asks the waiter to please get them AND US what we asked for (what a kind lady). He then goes back into the kitchen, and a few minutes later comes out empty handed AGAIN and walks to the cash register. He goes back to the kitchen, and comes out with cocktail sauce, we tell him what we asked for, "Ketchup, Mayonnaise, and tartar sauce" and he begins running his mouth about how hes trying his best even though we were virtually the only people there, it was 9pm at night! He finally brings out the tartar sauce (some other guy brought it out for us) and our server brought us the ketchup and said they were out of mayonnaise. HOW ARE YOU OUT OF MAYO?? anyway, he later brings put the shrimp and never even offers any of us a refill on our CLEARLY EMPTY cups that he looked at several times, we had to ask him for refills. We eat and my mother talks to the guy at the register about how horrible the day had been and he really acted oblivious to what he did (he was our server). def a great place to eat 10/10 would...

Barely 4 stars. If I could give 3.5, I would. Overall, our experience was okay. However, it's no wonder this place is a ghost town. When we arrived, there were literally only two other customers in the whole place (on a Friday night), yet we still had to stand and wait 5 minutes before someone finally came and sat us. And it's not that nobody was working, there were at least 4 different employees roaming the floor at various times.
After 15-20 minutes, we became literally their only customer. Despite that, tables weren't being cleaned off, service was slow (other than food; food came out fast), and the floor must have been cleaned with syrup because it was sticky with every step. Who is managing this place? What are the employees even doing? The only employee who seemed to be doing much of anything was someone who was supposedly on their third day of the job.
Eventually, two other groups of customers came in. They, too, spent 5-10 minutes standing at the front counter waiting for anyone to come assist them. Again, this is with at least 4 different employees roaming the floor and we as their only sitting customer.
Lastly, the pricing. My goodness. It's been a little bit since I've been to an IHOP, but $20 for an entree from IHOP and even the vast majority of their breakfast options were $14. The quality of the food was alright, but definitely not at that price point. The quantity of food also seemed smaller than in the past when prices were more acceptable.
It is no wonder this place is a ghost town. Management really needs to do a better job if they don't want this place to go out of business. I'm not trying to be harsh here, I legitimately want this business to succeed. This is just meant to be...
