Every single time I come here I get ignored, or get met by someone with an attitude. I placed an order online and went in to grab my food, was ignored by the first lady waited the next lady came gave me my food and I left get home and they gave me guac and chips when I ordered queso and chip. So I go back they tell me they are out for the night that's why they gave me guac without even telling me they did that and of course it was all the way at the bottom so I felt the container. I paid extra for the chips and queso and I paid for queso to be on one of the bowls, don't you think that should be mentioned up front when I get there. But no they act like if they gave me some guacamole I wouldn't notice that my while orders missing something I paid extra multiple times for. Then they tell me if I signed in online I can get a refund but I ordered as a guest. Gee thanks I will be back to speak with a manager. This place has the worst service in the entire town. This location and only this one in the KC area offers online ordering sometimes based off what the feel like or staffing levels. Then when I do order online and arrive, there is a 50% chance it hasn't even been started to be made 5 mins after ur pickup time. On more then one occasion I've arrived and waited longer then people who walk in and get in line. After this happened for the 4th times I asked for a manager and someone came out and said sorry for having to wait 10 mins to have my order made. Then handed me my bag of food missing my queso and drink. I had to turn around and ask for those. He didn't offer anything or attempt to make it right just that he was short staffed and sorry. He would make sure it didn't happen again. Which is what he said he 1st time he was there for my pickup order. Read moreI will never buy food from here again! I ordered food a few days ago online. When I got the food my order was wrong and I had paid extra for steak, guac and also got drinks and chips. They didnt put any of the extras I ordered in there. I was furious when the delivery guy brought the food without my chips and drinks. I called chipotle and they offered me a full refund or for me to come and get a new order.... I told them I'd take the refund because I cant pay for another delivery service. After the call I opened the food up to eat and there was hair in it! I was mad and just threw it all away. I was so mad I didn't even call back and tell the reps of chipotle. Fast fwd to now I never got the refund and I've spoken to 3 managers who promise to call back and tell me to go on their website and input a claim. Like are u freaking kidding me!
