I've been a Carvel fan my whole life, but the Old Bridge location is truly something special. Every visit feels like a trip down memory lane, but with the added bonus of friendly faces and consistently perfect ice cream.

The staff here are fantastic—always patient, smiling, and happy to help you find the perfect flavor or cake. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it makes the experience so much more enjoyable.

First of all, it's Carvel, so that means it's five stars right off the bat! so i don't even need to review the ice cream! I haven't been in Carvel in like 10 years (moved out of the area), I see they've added a lot of interesting stuff like strawberry crunchies thank you Jesus!!! And some specialty flavors, I tried one tonight, called salted caramel cold brew, again thank you Jesus!! Here in Old Bridge I will say the staff was awesome; Erin, Amber and a 3rd girl, I didnt get her name ( working drive thru), were awesome!! I've always loved Carvel ice cream, so this review is mainly about the location. In general, Carvel soft serve is the perfect balance of flavor and texture you can get from ice cream. This location is small, and looks more like it hasn't been updated, but that's a minor factor for an ice cream shop. The staff was friendly, though when i went it was busy, and was able to serve the customers quickly. I was disappointed that this location didn't have the chocolate/vanilla swirl, but only had one or the other.
