My husband and I stopped at Eastern Sushi on our way back to the city from Atlantic City—and wow, we were seriously impressed. I had the Golden Salmon Roll (swapped the tobiko for masago) and it was super fresh with really high-quality fish. My husband got the hibachi scallops, which came out piping hot and perfectly cooked.
