I used to go here all the time but switched when I moved. I couldn't get an appointment at my regular salon so I called for an appointment. They must have changed hands because it's way different.

First, they charge you $2 for a "nail kit" which is a nail file and a buff in a sandwich bag. I've never encountered this before and I think they should tell you when you book if you're a new client. There was also signs all over with "add ons" with small charges like $1, $3 that I've always gotten included at my regular salon.

Then, they were insisting that I had LCN on my nails which I didn't. I had to keep just saying I wanted a "polish change & gel manicure". I really felt like they were trying to get me to do the more expensive service.

Finally, the tech got started and she cut two of my cuticles too low and now I have small cuts. Never had that happen before.

Had an appointment for a pedicure. Mind you- I’m 9 month pregnant and just trying to get my toes done before I get induced. I went into my appointment. A girl had started the process, then the owner made her help someone else. I asked the gentleman there if I could please have a woman do my toes. He seemed to want to accommodate me. And then the owner came. Apparently I had to specifically ask when I made my appointment. She refused to have a girl do my toes and told me I’d have to wait 10 mins. I didn’t want to stay. 2nd time I’ve had an issue with this nail salon. I asked her to dry my legs and feet and left. Went to next shopping center over to Unique nails- no issues! i just left this salon and i couldn’t waste anymore time writing this review because they sure do deserve it. first of all this place is the cutest thing ever! everyone there is amazing, so nice & caring. customer service is 10/10, service is 10/10, genuinely everything is 10/10!!!! the moment i walked in, i was greeted! i just came in to get a pedicure, but this was probably the best pedicure of my life!!!!! i did not want her to stop massaging me lol. i’ll definitely be coming back for my pedicures, she took care of my feet throughly , cut my cuticles & most most definitely took her time. i genuinely appreciate services like this because it show they care for their clients. if i could give 100 stars to this place i definitely...
