I would like to change my review from a 1 ☆ to 5 ☆'s regarding my experience with Teriyaki Madness. The owner Nash took the time to call me & to clarify the issue I had ordering through DOOR DASH, & for my paying a $30 dollar increase for the service. I do understand that all franchises are obligated to pay a fee to not only Door Dash but Uber eats and any delivery service they choose to utilize. I do use Door Dash from time 2 time, but for future reference I will pay close attention to the fees & my total charge, & if anything when I'm craving the delicious food from Teriyaki Madness, I will send my husband to go and pick it up. FYI - I am NOT being forced to change my review nor did I receive anything in return for doing so. I respect that the owners both Noura & Nash, in my case Nash specifically, took out the time to call me just now to apologize for any inconvenience, misunderstanding and went in depth to explain the reasoning behind all of the above. I will definitely be ordering soon! Also, download their app, it is very convenient. ☆☆☆☆☆THANKS!☆☆☆☆☆
I am super disappointed to having be forced to leave a 1 ☆ review because the food itself, the employees are AMAZING. I ordered w DOOR DASH & my total was $72.00. I get the $2.99 delivery fee, & of course a $5.50 tip for the driver. I received my receipt from the restaurant itself, & my total was $47.95... + 2.99 + 5.50 tip that would be $56.50 ... I reached out to DOOR DASH stating that I am a customer that uses their service every other day, & realizing that they hike the prices up on the food items, where if I picked it up I would have save $25 dollars, plus since I order often I had a $-6.00 off. Had I not I would have paid $77 dollars and change for my 3 bowls @ TERIYAKI MADNESS. They in return stated that the restaurant itself raise & give the priceses for DOOR DASH to charge. So, we are thinking great, paying a small delivery fee for DOOR DASH services, & a tip for the driver himself is not that at all. The entire service is very deceiving, and unfortunately I have a cast on my leg, love the food, but will no longer be a customer for either the restaurant or DOOR DASH. Again great food, but for someone whom needs the order delivered, being overcharged a significant amount of money is horrible. Mind you , I had a discount of $6.00 off of my...
Read moreAug. 2025 For me this will be hard to rate. This is not a Chinese restaurant. Although, the menu shows every single thing that is Chinese. Example, fried rice, it's not pork fried or shrimp fried rice. It's rice with teriyaki sauce, peas and carrots, that's it. It was very good. But when your accustomed to pork fried rice, it falls short. Then let's talk the assorted rolls. They only have 1. Chicken roll not spring or egg rolls or any other rolls. Once again falling short. The only thing that have is chicken or beef items that's it, even that is a limited. Once again falling short of what someone who thinks this is a Chinese restaurant. Understand that the food was okay. Chicken was good. The beef at best was okay but very fatty. You would think they would have cut the fat off. Ugh they made no attempt to do so. Which leaves me wondering what kind of food this is. Definitely not Chinese.
They did something i find offensive, they put a QR CODE in front of me when I was just finishing up, and said, give us a good review you can have a cookie, not a Chinese fortune cookie either. Or you can have a marshmallow treat. So if I want a sweet after my meal, I have to give them a great review. You should give them a free meal for that 😋 The place is a self order place. It seems that everyone is doing this lately. Otherwise. It would be a restaurant. Beverage, once again they fall short. Very limited soft drinks.
The Parking is plentiful. This place is is in a larger strip mall. I didn't see a highchair, but I believe there would be one.
The man on the register was sweet enough. You could sort of see rmtge kitchen through the half doors. Every thing was passed over the doors. What I could see was clean. The restrooms were for guests. Which is typical now and fully understandable. The do have take out and pickup.
Would I go back ? If I did it wouldn't be for anything beef. Only chicken. I still can't say if I would go back. Maybe if I was in the neighborhood, and i wasn't looking for Chinese food.
Sorry this was the best I could do. The four star was given because of the uniqueness of the food. If you feel like something different this...
Read moreI had an absolutely wonderful experience at Teriyaki Madness! This clean and nicely decorated restaurant truly impressed me from the moment I walked in. The manager, who was incredibly attentive, went above and beyond to ensure my vegetable order was perfect. Not only did they provide expert advice on the menu, but they took the time to explain each dish, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.
Now, let's talk about the food. Wow! The chicken dish I ordered was nothing short of delicious. My entire family was blown away by the exceptional taste, freshness, and authenticity of the cuisine. It felt like we were savoring a genuine piece of Japan right here in this restaurant.
One thing that really stood out was the impeccable packaging. Even after an hour, the food remained piping hot, as if it had just been cooked. It's clear that the restaurant takes great care in ensuring that every order is not only tasty but also arrives in perfect condition.
What I found particularly fascinating was the open kitchen concept, where you can watch the talented cooking staff prepare your food right in front of you. It adds an extra layer of excitement to the dining experience.
I can't recommend Teriyaki Madness enough. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for exceptional Japanese cuisine in a clean, welcoming environment. I'll be telling all my friends and family to come here – it's a gem that deserves to...
