I can confidently say that Panera Bread has become an essential part of my morning routine, thanks to its delicious coffee and the outstanding service provided by Manager Gina and her team.
As a regular visitor to the cafe, I appreciate the convenience of its location near my gym. Every morning, I walk in at 7 am, eager to grab a quick cup of coffee before my workout. Without fail, Gina and her team have everything prepared, ensuring a seamless experience for their customers.
The coffee at Panera Bread is simply delightful. The aroma fills the air as I step inside, and the rich, flavorful brew never disappoints. Whether I opt for a classic black coffee or indulge in one of their specialty drinks, each sip is a perfect start to my day.
However, what truly sets Panera Bread apart is the exceptional service provided by Gina and her team. They are always attentive, friendly, and efficient. Read moreTitle: It used to be good but they have gotten greedy - inflation higher prices lower quality and less portion and old chicken
I recently visited Panera Bread and unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered the teriyaki bowl, and to my disappointment, the portion of chicken included seemed noticeably smaller than usual. Not only that, but the chicken also tasted old, which was a major letdown. The quality of the dish certainly did not meet my expectations.
To accompany my meal, I decided to treat myself to a smoothie. However, when my 16 oz smoothie was served, it appeared to be in an 8 oz cup - see picture. To make matters worse, there were still pieces of ice remaining in the drink, as if it hadn't been properly blended. I was surprised at the discrepancy between the size of the cup and the amount of smoothie I received.
As if that wasn't enough, I was given a plastic cup with a paper straw. Unfortunately, the straw broke apart, and I ended up using four paper straws in total. Given the environmental concerns surrounding single-use plastics, it was disappointing to see such a high ratio of paper straws to plastic cups (1 to 16). This seemed like a significant waste and a missed opportunity for Panera Bread to reduce its environmental impact.
Overall, my recent experience at Panera Bread was quite disappointing. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the quality of their food and their environmental practices...
Read moreFood is decent enough. What you would expect from a Panera bread. I usually come here to get work done since I like the cafe type atmosphere and I'm familiar with the food and standards since I've worked for the company for far too long in my teenage years.
As a customer and especially as one who frequents this location frequently I have to say it's one of the least comfortable or friendly Paneras I have ever been to. Associates are nice enough when you address them, but they usually won't approach you. Now, management has an air about annoyance about them. Any time I enter the store I'm never welcomed or greeted, instead I am met with these weird looks and stares from management. (I do rapid pick up usually and then eat my food there while I work).
As a place that prides themselves of being "jerk free" and a second home, I shouldn't feel like I'm being judged for simply doing my own thing and minding my business while I eat and work. i feel constantly out of place here which is a shame because every other Panera I've visited before moving to this area has been super friendly, warm, and inviting.
Maybe its Covid and they are trying to keep their distance, but a simple smile or a hello wouldn't hurt anyone. Or at least don't look at me like I have...
