This place messed up my drink that Is fairly new I’ve been getting for over a week now and refused to fix it or change it the girl was Kimberly who claims to be the daughter of the manager and just gave me an attitude the entire time. The drink is newer on the menu so I don’t expect everyone to make it right I even came inside to ask politely about it but all I got was attitude. Just because your mom is the manager it doesn’t give you the right to speak down on customers. The girl who made the drink was about to fix it for me and This girl Kimberly ran up to her and told her not to change it and they can’t do anything about it. I didn’t ask for a refund I just wanted my drink to taste right and if that wasn’t possible if they could make the mocha cappuccino blast instead. I would give zero stars but I wouldn’t be able to review this place. This Dunkin/BR is unprofessional, staff is rude and cannot get orders correct and was argumentative when my family asked if we can get a cone with the ice cream when we repeated cone over and over again. The order wasn’t that big and they made us pay and tried to make us leave without the rest of our order. I can forgive being out of things I work in the food industry and know once they are out of something that’s it for that day. Donuts were stale, service was very slow and we were the only customers, then the guy at the window tried to argue with us and made rude comments as we pulled away saying because he failed to put it in the system we would have to pay for it again. the lady at the register was very rude and angry, i dont know why they send monthly coupons if they have to be to so arrogant to accept them, i went on tuesday night, the coupon was for BOGO i ordered 2 scoops with free 2 scoops with waffle cup which i have taken so many times, now she said its not applicable ok i understand if she dont want to give and rather garbage thats what she said , plus i totlaly forgot to mention that it was TUESDAY thats already buy 1 get one free in that store also if you buy 2 scoops its already free waffle cup so she was just trying to piss me off when i was standing with baby in my arm and a toddler who wants ice cream or she just might be a racist, please dont keep workers like that who take out their frustration...
