I understand the stress of working in fast food, I used to work down the street from here at Taco Bell which is arguably busier than this Wendy’s. I get it if you’re mad at someone for showing up 3 minutes before you close and they order 30 items from the dollar menu, but at 6:00pm when everyone is getting out of work it shouldn’t be unexpected for people to come and get food, from a fast food restaurant. The reason I’m writing this is because Kristy had an awful attitude. We went in as not to hold up the line, and she didn’t say anything except “okay, it’s gonna be a minute” before we said anything. Eventually she came up and looked at us silently, so I began to order, and after 2 words she cut us off and said “is that for here or to go?” And then started to help someone with a door dash order mid-sentence, which she didn’t know who’s was who’s, and had mixed up with one other door dash order, so that was taking a minute. Eventually the manager helped us and was understanding, and seemed to be just as confused as us by Kristy’s behavior. When the order came up Kristy didn’t bother handing it out, thankfully. Read moreCame here on 2/2/25 and service was poor. Asked for a large combo. Cashier hands me a medium cup for soda. She says she rang it up wrong and asked if I wanted a medium. I said no I want a large. Hands me a large cup. Okay. I then asked what size fries I would get and she said medium. I said no I ordered a large combo. She then talks to a coworker for help and tells him I asked for a large drink and then tells him I ordered a large fries after I paid already. I said no I asked for a large combo before I paid. She and her coworker smirk and he said he’d just upcharge me for the large combo. I said no if you’re going to charge me extra just give me the medium fries. I’ve been coming here for years and the service just steadily gets worse. Most of the time I like to dine in but they close the dining room whenever they feel like it and it’s hardly ever open until the time posted on the door. They close at 7:00, 7:30, 8:00. It just depends on the day. I tried filling out a survey but the receipt doesn’t give you the store number, so you can’t. Seems a little odd. Asked what the store number is and they tell me it’s the address. Hmm… It’s sad because I like Wendy’s but this one is bad. There are other options in the area so I guess I’ll have to go somewhere else...

First time I went I waited 15 minutes to finally get to the window where I waited 4 minutes to be asked to move my car up, my food wasn't ready. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich meal. 10 minutes later the manager came out and I asked how it could possibly have taken that long. He told me the dining room was very busy. I then looked in the window and saw maybe 6 people, already sitting and no line at the register. Went another time only because it's convenient and I thought maybe it just wasn't a good day for them last time. Only 1 car in front of me in the drive thru and 2 people inside. 9 minutes to get my food.
