Read moreWow, just was in there. Will not be going there again. I hadn’t been in there for nearly two years due to their inconsistencies and undercooked food. However, I thought new year, and it was close by before work, and nope. Not good…
The server was nice- but, took forever to come back and forth, and had to stop another server (felt bad) to take my food back. As my eggs were raw, watery and cold to the touch. I wouldn’t even feed them to my dog. Just absolutely gross… The second batch were better, although, no lemon dressing on either of my first and second batches of vegetables. It also took a long time to get, and caused a domino effect in rushing to head to back to work.
This place is not accommodating as well, and asking or requesting for anything is a problem every time. Anyway, I never received my bill, so had to go up and point to my table (which was table 62 by the way.) It wasn’t even that busy, so not sure what the long delays and poor food was about?
The chipper hostess asked how it was? I replied “not great.” She didn’t ask why? Maybe felt awkward? She clearly didn’t want to address it, and wanted to see us out. Which is fair enough… because my face and response said it all. She then continued to flip and organize menus around… Paid my bill, and she excitedly said “You’re ALL SET! Have a great day!”… more disappointments then good when I come there. There were, and have been other issues in my past visits there, and I could go on and on… If I speak to a manager, I will relay the other issues as well.
I really tried to come back and have another go around, and give them another chance. However, next time, I will take my business to Village Inn across the street. I do not recommend. High prices, inconsistent, poor food, and un accommodating. Which has been ongoing for years during my visits there.
If they’re going to charge what they charge, they need to come on point. A whole lot of errors going on in and out of the kitchen…. and seeing as disappointed as I was, they didn’t even try to make things right or even care.
Little effort, on their part, and hasn’t been a pleasant experience for a long time… Which is unacceptable, and their standards should be a lot higher and better. Says a lot about them and...
Read moreI recently dined at First Watch, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This cozy, bright, and inviting restaurant is the perfect spot for a delicious breakfast or brunch. The menu offers a great variety of options, from traditional favorites to healthier, more unique dishes.
I ordered the Avocado Toast with a side of Seasonal Fresh Fruit, and it was absolutely delicious. The toast was perfectly crispy, and the avocado was fresh and creamy, topped with a delicious seasoning that really brought out the flavor. The fruit was refreshing and the perfect complement to my meal. They also have some great options for those looking for lighter or gluten-free fare, which is nice to see.
The Million Dollar Bacon is a must-try! It was thick, crispy, and had a sweet yet smoky flavor that was the perfect indulgence. My partner had the Huevos Rancheros, and they couldn’t stop raving about how flavorful and satisfying the dish was. The portions are generous, and the food is consistently fresh and prepared with care.
Service was exceptional—our server was friendly, attentive, and quick to ensure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, with modern touches that make it feel cozy and comfortable.
What sets First Watch apart is their focus on using high-quality, fresh ingredients. It’s clear that they take pride in offering healthy, wholesome meals that taste amazing.
