I am a very regular customer at least once to two times a week, and these people do not value that they’re lazy. They served me crab legs today that look like they had been sitting on top of a stove eye and black holes were burned through the sides of them that particular set of crab legs were tiny meat and it was slimy. I don’t know what happened, but I just don’t understand why you would not take care of a valued customer who comes twice a week. I don’t think anybody should mess with them anymore. It’s hit or miss for me. It’s been about 50% gross and 50% OK. How many chances should you give a place? It just feels like at this point they think they can take advantage. then they’re gonna use the language barrier as a misunderstanding don’t fall for it super super super disappointed in these people they’re fake. They’ll serve you good when they want to, but for some reason, they have a chip on their shoulder and that doesn’t happen very often, especially when you spend a lot of money there so I give this place...

UPDATE: The owner reached back out to me and said that he would make things right, which he did. He replaced our order and it was much better. I am very pleased with the outcome.

The food was the worst I have ever had. Literally the best thing that was edible on the order was the corn on the Cobb. The fried catfish, shrimp, crab cake and fries were overcooked and rubbery. The crab cake was soaked in oil. I threw it directly in the trash can. I called the restaurant prior to writing this review to give them an opportunity to make it right but they said that they were sorry that they could not. I was not requesting a refund of money only to replace the catfish dinner. I didn’t even want the crab cakes and the over cooked shrimp. They said sorry but there is nothing we can do. The first time I went there (February 2024), I got two combo specials with Lobster tail, shrimp and crab legs in the bag. The sauce was buttery and mild. Each bag came with two ears of corn and two potatoes. The meal was delicious and I was dying to go back. The next time I went with my daughter and a friend. My friend ordered first and paid for her meal. I ordered the identical same thing as my friend for myself and my daughter. When we got home to eat, my friend's bag had 2 ears of corn and 2 potatoes. Each of my 2 orders only came with one ear of corn and 1 potato. I asked my friend if she tipped and she said she did. I did not tip them just to put the food in the bag and take it home to eat.
