Taco Bell — Restaurant in Olive Branch

Went to this location as I had a mobile order placed ahead of time. When I got there one vehicle was already in front of me and waited about 20 total minutes from the time that vehicle had their order taken and it was completed. Once the person in front of me received thier order someone came on the speaker and asked me for my order. I informed them that I had a mobile order for so and so, to which they responded by asking if I could wait at the speaker so they could prepare my order to which I obliged. After waiting 35-40+ minutes someone then came back on the speaker and asked to take my order to which I again stated I had a mobile order to which I was then instructed to pull up to the window. I received my food within a few seconds and proceeding to go home. Upon getting home(which I'm about 6-7 minutes from this location) all of the food was cold. Not sure what the staff was doing the whole entire time of my wait, but it's insane to get home and all of my food was cold. Highly unacceptable, but who am I kidding you can complain but nothing will ever change with...

Came through the drive through to place a quick order of about 2 combos and a couple of extra tacos and some nachos. As I am trying to tell the drive-thru person my order she kept saying “is that it?” Over and over after the first 3 things then I proceed to tell her I have a few things I want to continue to order so then I go on with my order and she says AGAIN, “ is that it?” So I continued to tell her what I wanted and she said Pull around with an attitude! So at this point I’m just like forget what the heck I was trying to order and when I get to the window I don’t get any kind of greeting the cashier just sticks her hand out for my card. & doesn’t even give me a receipt. I called when I got home to speak with the manager on duty about the horrible customer service and she proceeded to tell me that was her in the drive thru and that they don’t give out receipts. March 15,2020 Taco Bell Hackscross olive Branch.between 14:00 and 15:00 order from the counter.the young lady that was cleaning and sweeping in the dining area came up put down her broom and dust pan and came behind the counter and started handing out napkins, sauce,spoons, cups and lids. I did call this to her attention.she went to the back and put on gloves.how many unsanitary acts had been committed before and after.we are already fighting this virus.and l don't know who was manger sunday.but there was a young couple sitting at front facing the counter speaking language that should have been for the streets.and one employee was leaning over the counter in conversation with them. I assumed they were friends or relatives.the bread was not fresh.i don't know what is Happening to these eating Places.and I don't eat out much.base on my experience sunday.from 1 to 10 it...
