Lately, visits are different. Menu has changed a bit. Rice used to come with 3 shrimp taco order to best of my memory. I had to order separately this time. The regular Mexican Rice isn't even on the menu for $2.20, just the cheesy rice for $4.50. The shrimp fajita comes with rice and beans on a side plate with the pico, guacamole, and sour cream. I requested double rice since I didn't want beans. The normal size, side plate was smaller; therefore, the rice portion was much smaller than usual. The fajita also had fewer onions and peppers than usual on the cadt iron plate. I was charged twice for a side order of rice though I only ordered 1 side order of rice. The ptemium, jumbo margarita no longer looks jumbo, didn'teven get a buzz and I seldom drink and usually feel alcohol intake. That was a wasted $12.95. I make better tasting margaritas at home just using mixes from grocery store when serving them at home. There was also a fee for using a credit card. Service was slow, though yes there was a crowd. Service is not as good as it once was and sometimes there's a little language barrier. I used to frequent pretty regularly. The last 3 visits haven't been to my pleasure. I used to have enough fajita and rice to take half home for midnight snack or lunch. Now, no leftovers. Funny, I don't eat as much as I used to because I get upset chest at night if I eat much at 6 pm. I really liked this place since it's close to home and near places I frequent; however, I think I'll continue going to the other 2 Mexican restaurants near me instead of this one. Just decided to give this restaurant another try because I'd booked a room in the hotel behind them in order to swim. I walked from hotel for the exercise and convenience. Rather drive to another place in the future when going to the...

Read moreI stood waiting before greeted. So, I thought maybe the host was in the back but, it was 2 guys sitting and looking at me at the door. Finally, I guess when they felt like getting up one of them came and asked me if I was picking up. I ordered the lunch and didn't receive half of what I ordered. When I tried to explain it, the guy still didn't comprehend. I kmow this is a restaurant of a different ethnicitiy but, for business purposes you must have someone that is fluent in speaking and listening comprehension. I was very professional in my explanation and even broke it all the way down to almost ABC, 123 format, lol. Thankfully, it was just lunch, and not to expensive but, I left saying, you're not understanding what I'm saying and it's ok, you don't understand and I know why you don't understand. Have a blessed day. I knew I should have went to Guadalajara....
