Wings and wedges Fan Favorites Box was the worst I’ve ever experienced at this location. I was very excited that KFC decided to bring favorite item back. I was a regular customer at the location on Winchester previously when I frequently ordered the wings. I visited this location on hacks on Friday of last week. I ordered the $20 box with wings, nuggets, potato wedges and biscuits. I added an additional order of the 12 count hot wing as well, so my total was over $40. What I received was so sad that I couldn’t believe it. My order was not in the box as shown as advertised. I received the wings in two black containers and they were not fresh and were old. They were dark as they had been reheated or were sitting for some time. The potato wedges were in two small fry boxes. The nuggets were in a 4 by 6 inch box that had approximately 7 dry nuggets. The biscuits were dry and crumbly. They did give me 4 biscuits lol but they were old .I received No dipping sauce even though I ordered to different flavors. They couldn’t and didn’t provide a receipt even after I asked twice. I went on the inside to get the sauce and all the employees including the manager were all standing around. It was the worst service and order I ever received. I was totally disappointed. I spent over $40 for garbage. I ordered the wings multiple times on a regular basis before KFC removed them from the menu in Memphis and they were delicious. I fully aware of fresh hot wings versus old hot wings. Nothing in my order was fresh and I was short changed. I didn’t get what I paid for. I do not recommend this location. Take your money to another location because management here is horrible, absolutely terrible. I’m a business owner and I would never give my customer an order like this with old food. I also would not shortchange my customer with an order thrown together omitting what is supposed to be included. What I received was not what was advertised and shown in the picture by KFC. Here’s everything that went wrong tonight (not one thing went right) Order on the app said it was ready early but once I got to the restaurant it wasn’t ready and still wasn’t ready over 20min later. Once I asked the front employee if she had my order, she said no. I told her the app said it’s been ready for over 20min. She then said she was the only one there which was an obvious lie as two other employees were easily visible. And if she was the only one there, you would think she would move a little faster. I’ve never seen fast food move so slowly. I asked for a refund but she said I’ll get your food now. So no refund. I witnessed her shove all the food into the box and the chicken just completely melded together. The chicken was almost inedible once it was home. It was so mushy and soggy. Only two out of four sides were correct. She didn’t even look at our order closely. One of the employees was mopping the floor and it was extremely slippery everywhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone slipped and fell. Also, the caution cones they had on the floor were filthy.

I tried calling out, even honking my horn gently – still no response. It was bizarre; I could see cars ahead of me moving, so I knew it was operational, but the intercom was dead silent. After an uncomfortably long wait, I finally drove up to the window to find it equally deserted. It became clear that the staff were actively hiding in the back kitchen, completely ignoring the drive-thru. They eventually emerged, looking annoyed that they had to acknowledge a customer. When I tried to place my order, the person at the window was curt and seemed completely disengaged. This isn't just bad service; it's a complete disregard for customers. If your staff prefer to socialize in the back than do their jobs, you have a serious problem.
