The four stars are for the chicken salad it's the best hands down the applewood flavor is the best flavor ever. But they have other options on the menu like smoked chicken. Ribs etc. They hype is just hype for me... the ribs are just OK not much meat on them well the batch i had some from were almost straight bone. The wings were straight requested extra rub/ seasoning on them so I think that made them good. The barbeque spaghetti with pork was pretty good The potatoe salad is not made in house it's store bought. I tried these other items because the flavor in the chicken salad is unmatched however the other meats to me they did not put the same amount of love into them. But definitely spend money and get that chicken salad don't go crazy like me spending over 40 and not that impressed. Then they closed all the other close in Memphis locations so it's stressful to drive this far and not be completely happy..... i still love the chicken salad though...

This review is strictly for the service. The food has been good so far. However, we received a bad cut of brisket. After my husband picked through the brisket at home, we decided it was too fatty and returned to the store. By the time we arrived a closed early sign was placed on the door after many menu items weren’t available to order even for our first order. Closing was 2 hours before they were scheduled to close. The only solution offered was to refund the portion of the meal. Which was fine but when we asked what was available to purchase we were told there was no food left. Although they took the whole plate to discard and could have at minimum returned the sides. Nothing at all was offered as a solution. We just left and had to purchase food elsewhere. Needs better consideration for...

My husband and I really enjoyed our first visit. One of my husband's coworkers told him about the smoked chicken salad and let him sample of it. So my husband made it his business to purchase some for himself! We were greeted when we came into the restaurant. It took a moment to decide on what else we wanted to ordered besides the chicken salad. While the deciding, the owner suggested that we go ahead and purchase the chicken salad before they sold out. We sincerely appreciated that! We did so. We also ordered the brisket meal. The brisket was so tender and juicy! Someone with only gums can eat it lol! The sides were delicious as well.
