I went to this location on 12/31/2023 for pickup after placing my order online. Online it said my order would be ready in 15 so I waited 10 minutes before leaving the house to allow cook time. When I arrived, I was met with a drive thru line that wrapped the building almost twice. So I waited. After being in the line for an hour, I finally made it to the window (the inside was closed). When I got to the window, a young man opened the window and I told him that I was here to pick up an online order and gave him my name. He closed the window and immediately looked confused and asked me to confirm my last name, I obliged. He closed the window again and came back and verified the last 4 digits of my phone number, I confirmed. He looked at his computer screen and said okay we just put your pizzas in the oven. So considering I had already waited an hour in the line surely I could wait for my fresh pizza at the window! NOPE! He came back to the window but this time he came back with a different tone and said, "Ma'am we just put your pizza in the oven and I can't just let you sit here at the window and wait. You're going to have to drive around and get back in line" I then stated, "Are you referring to line I just sat in for an hour waiting to get here? You want me to get back in that line which is now longer than what it was when I initially got here? No, I'm not doing that!" He closed the window and came back with a manager who stated, "Ma'am I'm sorry but the previous shift left us with no dough so I've been spending the whole night thawing out dough. Can you please pull around and get back in line?" I said I'm not getting back in that line and of I have to I want a refund. She then said, "I'll tell you what, pull around to the front of the store and wait 8 minutes and knock on the door and we'll bring it out to you!" Okay seemed like a fair trade so I obliged. When I made it to the front, I waited 7 minutes and got out to go knock on the door and 3-5 other people got out to do the same. While we waited I was able to confirm that she had told US ALL the same thing. So she came to the door with an order for the gut in front of me and told the rest of us that we would need to get back in line. I reiterated what she'd told me at the window and she confirmed my name and went back inside to get my pizza and gave them to me. This is my first time at the location and I had saw the reviews but I was too lazy to cook so I proceeded at my own risk. But NEVER AGAIN! I will never go to this...
Read moreI purchased a pizza from this location before. It was a BBQ chicken pizza. I had the pizza delivered to my address. Once I received the pizza it was only cheese, bread and chicken. (No bbq sauce) I specifically stated I would like BBQ sauce on the pizza. Today I called to address the issue in the past and again stated I would like BBQ sauce as the base sauce with no onions. Pizza was made with onions on there. On top of that they no longer give military discounts. I have been purchasing pizza from this location since I moved to olive branch last year. They were providing me a military discount with my orders. I showed my ID in person. Today I was told we never give military discounts. I stated that i have receipts from this location of me receiving a military discount. Was told again from the guy taking my order that no military discounts were given at this location. I then asked the managers name. (Chris). I drove to the location to pick up my pizza today. While in the drive way I called the location and asked to speak with chris. I was told that he was not here at the time. I asked when he would be back. I was told 4 p.m. the next day. Omce I approached the window. I then asked is chris here. I was told by a lady (yeah all of the managers are in the back). I stated really I guy just told me that no manager was there. I wrote my name and number down to have Mr. Chris call me. Mr. Chris called me around 1915hrs (7:15). I told him what happened. He rudely stated we dont give military discounts. He also stated that the people that were giving the military discounts all this time weelre giving them out with out his authority. If the military discount option is on the receipt what is the problem of giving them out. There is so much poor customer service here. This pizza hut location should give out discounts especially for military veterans. I will not come back to this location. If you do choose to purchase from this location please make sure you check your order before you drive off or if being delivered. Make sure you check the order before the delivery driver leave. There is no communication in there everyone had an attitude today 09/26/2018. I hope better management comes soon. I would be surprised if the place shuts down eventually. Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! there are others in the area. first we ordered a pizza to be delivered at a hotel two miles away. pizza came 1½ hours late with NO sauce despite us specifically asking for more. they had to've done that on purpose. We called back and asked for them to make it correctly, it's the next day and STILL nothing.We ordered at 8 pm and stayed up until 1:30am waiting for nothing (6 hours)!! Turns out most calls are outsourced. managers didn't help, so (16 hours after the order was placed) we called corporate and spoke to one lady who was totally unsympathetic and would not give us a refund and even hung up, I think her name was christina? we called back and got a guy named Thomas who helped us out a lot. thanks Thomas for not being a jerk like the rest of those folks. This store needs to be shut down, obviously based on the previous reviews I'm not the only one who thinks so. HORRIBLE customer service, terrible half-assed pizza, and an embarrassment the companies name.
