I am elated that management addressed my issue and really handled the below complaint. I feel as if David and the owners really understood the seriousness of the situation and jumped right on it to make it right. I can confidently give this institution an A for effort and I appreciate their commitment to awesome customer service!

Normally I have great experiences with Piggly Wiggly it's Normally my go to store however last night I went to get a few 4th of July items. I drove in the Parking Lot and it was surprisingly full no parking spaces due to a fireworks presentation. I circled the Parking lot several times.

I finally found a space. I was relieved. I went to pull in the space and this Caucasian male stood in the middle of it. I told him I was trying to park and he told me No he was holding the spot for his wife. I explained to him that there aren't other spots here and that he had no right to hold a spot under these conditions. He said he worked there and he had the right to hold the spot. I asked him his name he said Dustin Hall He told me to run over him then because he wasn't moving. I was highly upset but didn't run him over.

We exchanged words he called me the B word and the exchange went down hill from there. He started shouting all types of insults and when i retailated he turned his camera on. I turned mine on as well. He started spitting toward my car. I stopped and asked him are you really spitting at my car?

I pulled to the front of the store and asked for a manager. I told her what happened.. No one ever came out to address this employee. I finally found a parking space on down from the incident area with him. I go in to do my shopping came back out to my car and there was a wad of spit on my window.

So this employee scoured the parking lot found my car and spit on it. I went down found him and let him know I was calling the Police. He left before the Police arrived. The police went over and spoke with management. If Piggly Wiggly hires this type of employee I will find another store to go to. Hopefully he will be arrested for violating...

This is the most convenient and properly stocked grocery store in Olive Branch. The quality of foods carried is top notch. Despite having less floor and shelf space than it's primary local competition, this store largely has a better variety of brands, better meat, and higher quality meat, fruit, and vegetables. Prices tend to be a bit higher, but service and food quality, and convenience are generally worth it. Staff are helpfull and managers are very obviously proud of their departments.

My only problems are some facility issues. The store is always clean and as well maintained as possible. However, the floors were not properly resurfaced when Piggly took over their part of the building. That has to be an inconvenience for cleaning. It is also a bit unsightly.

The other problem is the parking lot. It is obviously too small for the traffic during rush hours around shift changes at local shipping operations. There is no traffic light at either lot entry/exit. The lot entry is inadequate and traffic flow in and out is simply dangerous during rush hours. The parking lot is so tight that sometimes it becomes quite difficult to get in and out without risking vehicle damage. Outstanding service and the store is noticeably cleaner. The teenage boys that bag the groceries and offer to take them to your car is a nice old fashioned touch. It reminds me of my childhood and I'm happy they are keeping that service alive. They are teenagers so it's to be expected but the conversations they have amongst themselves has on occasion been very inappropriate. It makes the experience completely different. I have a little hearing lose and I can hear them clearly. Not only is it bad service it feels like they think we are less than and not worth respect. Especially when their conversation is about the customers. I try to avoid going there on Friday and Saturday nights. I am still giving 4 stars because to me the pros to the store outweigh their immature choices. Also, I don't care for the meat. I've bought a few different types and there is a hint of something rank. Sometimes it's strong and very noticeable and others times it's less so. It leads me to think maybe they need to just thoroughly clean their equipment and...
