Initially I wasn't going to leave a review, but after reading some of the others it seems MY issue is a running theme. I was there yesterday and the 2 blondes at the register could not have been more dismissive. It's pretty bad when the customer is the only one trying to make the experience a pleasant one. If you have multiple people telling you that your attitude stinks, wouldn't you take it as a clue that there may be an issue? I can guarantee MANY more don't bother to leave a review, they just don't come back. The merchandise and the flow of the store is great, customer service may as well be McDonald's at closing time. Don't make excuses, DO BETTER.
Response to the continued excuses for awful customer service. It's not like YOU make the product or even own it. Vendors pay you to offer their items. I simply asked if they would take less, you said, "No, we don't do that.", pretty cut and dry and it was fine. You had to call them for the other item for a price on the other item anyway, so i asked that you ask the owner of the item. And guess what, they did in fact discount the item. There was not any nastiness from me, you are just upset I shared the experience. Tell the entire story without making things up to excuse your bad attitude. Not to worry though, I'll not darken your doorstep again, there are other places as good and better where they happily...

He grabbed wooden spoons used for paint samples to carry around (harmlessly to entertain himself) while I finished shopping a couple of more booths. Instead of asking me to take them or nicely asking them back from him, she was very rude to HIM. It was very inappropriate. I will be the first to say when my son is acting out, but he wasn’t in the least then. Just not very family friendly for it to be a small town store. Read moreTwo stars were given because of the wide variety of merchandise. However, my family and I didnt get that warm welcome feeling from the owner/employees. No one opened their mouth from the time we entered and left the building. Even at the checkout counter there was a very cold vibe from the two ladies at the register no smile, didnt ask if we need help or did we find everything ok it was absolutely nothing. I'd rather you say your not welcome then to make people feel some kind of way.
