Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Olivette

This is the worst Jimmy Johns I have ever used. They forgot one of the sandwiches we ordered which is totally understandable. (11:35) Order (12:15) Called to inform them I was missing a BLT sandwich. After hearing my question they put me on hold. After 5 minutes of holding I hung up and called back. (12:20) They answer immediately and say they will send it out for delivery right away, I ask them if they would like me to pick it up because I don’t mind if they are busy. They say no. (12:30) I call again and they say that it was just made and out for delivery. (12:40) I call again and after saying I’m the guy with the missing sandwich they put me on hold. (12:44) I show up asking for my sandwich in which they give me. (There were 3 employees standing around including the delivery guy, who I tipped $13 to when he delivered my sandwiches)

After talking with my coworkers none of them use this location because this has happened multiple times. If the order shows up at all it is usually wrong. Please do not use this...

I wish I could give a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 6-Star Review... especially on the SERVICE! Wow.

I placed a catering order for teachers in a local district with quite a few modifications/special orders; the manager (Dave, I believe) and was very thorough with order placement, confirmation of all modifications, and our pick-up time. Upon pickup, I was pleasantly surprised to see that each sandwich & side were neatly packed within individual bags, and labeled with each teacher's name. This made distribution a breeze, and everyone's lunch feel truly catered. The little things really do make a difference.

I often order out for group/customer lunches, and will 100% return to this location with the established trust in knowing that large orders will be handled correctly. With that, I will absolutely recommend this location to friends + coworkers.

These guys are always a treat, sandwich and employees both! I think they have come to know me a bit since I'm the mutant with a severe dairy allergy (it has hospitalized me in the past when I consume it accidentally) and they work with me so carefully and wonderfully. They write little notes on my sandwiches and really brighten my day, and have even brought out the fancy art with drawing devil cows on it!

They made the mistake of putting cheese on my last sandwich and promptly traded it out for another at no charge. I ordered another today and I received a kind note of apology which really let me know how deeply they care for their customer base. (Thank you, KT! I lived, we're good!)
