Madres Espresso — Restaurant in Olympia

After being a fairly loyal customer for over 16 years, they completely messed up my drink and it was only two-thirds of the way full. When I went back they said they would make it right but proceeded to charge me for it. I asked why they charged me when it wasn't my mistake. I didn't even order it, I just told them what happened. She said that they don't give out free drinks, that's just the way the owner is. Loyalty means nothing and their mistakes aren't corrected without a charge. They have messed up my drink multiple times and I have rarely complained. I'm always pleasant and I always tip. So long. It was okay while it lasted, but never, ever again willl I spend money there. There are plenty of coffee shops with better service and better coffee...

Hands down some if the rudest people I've ever had make my coffee. Became a regular and likes it at first. The gal I really liked left. Everytime I go there it's clear I'm putting them out by ordering a drink. I have to argue about how my drink is made more than once and when I asked if my cards could be combined she very rudely informed me they don't do that. Really I've ordered hundreds of dollars worth of coffee here and we can't take one punch card with 8 punches and another card with my other punches?? I did pay for each punch. One of my favorite stands. I love batdorf & Bronson's coffee beans and they serve them here. Would have gave 5 stars but it would be nice if they asked for or offered Punch cards instead of me having to remember every time to pull mine out cus sometimes I space it. Also, got laughed at once for the amount of espresso shots I wanted in my drink. Who cares if I like a good coffee buzz? You're getting paid to do a service the least you can do is be 100% polite til I leave. I always leave them a generous tip even when I collect...
