For my very first Google review ever, I would like to say that this was the best motherloving Arby's experience I've ever had. I haven't had Arby's in years - but I drive by this location on my way to work, and today I just didn't have time to make lunch.
Because Arby's are franchised, experience varies greatly, and I've only ever had less than stellar food.
But my God.
First of all, the fries.
Holy toledo, Batman. These fries tasted so fresh, I almost cried. It's so rare to get excellent fries these days (probably because I'm a grown up and nostalgia makes all the memories of fries taste better). But these were PERFECTION.
Then, the roast beef sandwich. Unreal how good this was. I have no pictures for the food because I devoured it. Roast beef is my favorite lunch meat, so I have high standards, and this sandwich met them.
It was fresh, the service was quick, and my God, I just felt very seen by the extremely kind man who said hello to me at the window. We didn't exchange more than a few words, but I could tell he's a stellar human.
If I didn't have a job already, I would apply to work here, because there's nothing more exciting than working for a place that cares about doing a good job. (Note: I have never worked here, or at any Arby's, and am not affiliated with any owners or franchisees. My intense response is due to the quality of this food.)
If you worked today during the lunch hour, may you have the blessing of the gods you serve, because that freaking meal made my day.
In short: Hell yeah, visit this...
Read moreI was happy with service until I noticed how the cashier was handling my food. Instead of grabbing my 2 sliders with one hand and put them in the bag separately, he used his thumb and pointer finger to pick both of them up at the same time (fingers in my food) to drop in the bag. Then when he went to get my fries, he stuck his finger in the box to pick it up. Money is the most dirtiest, most filthy thing ever to handle and I feel it's very unsanitary to handle customers food in that manner. There should be a box of gloves by the station where cashier's grab food. A friend I was with asked the cashier HEY ASHTON, SO YOU DON'T WEAR GLOVES WHILE HANDLING PEOPLE FOOD? He simply said and without any care responded and said NO, my friend told him that he should because of how nasty and unsanitary it is. The whole crew, even management just stood there looking at my friend like he said something wrong. Didn't bother to say, we apologize, how can we fix it or nothing and that was not good. Money carry so many different diseases, I'd hate for anybody or me to get sick from bad food...
Read moreWorst food ever?? Went back to use bad experience gift cards for free meals and the food was worse than the first time?? We ordered Beef and Cheddar sandwiches and there was no cheese on the sandwiches?? Went back and the on shift manager handled our food with his bare hand? Even stuck his fingers in the bags of fries too?? Yuk!! This place does not use gloves on preparer's hands or order fillers hands and is absolutely filthy inside. I am calling the corporate office on Monday to report this particular location. I have eaten Arby's sandwiches for years and this is a disgusting experience that needs to be corrected immediately! Completely disgusted with this place?! Will never go to...
