Arby's — Restaurant in Omaha

Sorry if this is lengthy. This location was always staffed well when a private franchise. Greeted by a young girl who couldn't help me with the Arbys offer of free sandwich when downloading their app. She went to back to ask a thin sandy colored hair girl (supervisor). I didn't see an email so she wouldn't honor deal, though she hid behind the glass instead of speaking with me. I politely told the young girl if its too much trouble its okay. I bought a 5 dollar+ meal. Couple before me, myself and door dash driver all waited for counter service. Door dash says to me on the way out that he should have gone drive through. Indeed I said the same at the same time. These stores are graded by how fast their drive through is serviced. After the 3 customers were finally taken care of the dark haired manager came out to help the one customer at counter.

If you are going to open the dining room, service the counter. I will stay at the Papillion store where they don't have these issues. Burnt fries in my packet. Sandwich was good. Also please don't hide from interactions with customers. We don't bite.

Was sitting at the drive-thru window and watched two coworkers mess with their hair and then turn around and go get my food without washing their hands. Well I can't say that both of them didn't I can definitely say that the one gal did didn't because I watched her turn around the corner grab napkins fold the napkins up which means all the napkins were dirty play with the hair some more and then close up the napkin bag and I witnessed the whole entire event. And then proceeded to go get my French fries that just got done and not wash your hands. I work in a restaurant if we did something like that we would be fired. If you touch anything other than what you're supposed to be touching your supposed to always wash your hands that's why there's washing stations all over the back of them restaurants. Went in to pick up a meal the chicken was over cooked dry and hard as hell bread soggy. The lady that was waiting on me had a adittude and was arguing with other associates. I was assuming she was a manager when I asked for a manager or supervisor a guy came out to help me not the female associate I was later told that she was just a crew member not a member of management. I will drive a little further to go somewhere where I can get my order right and respectful interactions with people. FYI this was not the first time I had to deal with that same rude associate. Arby's didn't care to help resolve my issues when it was brought up to them....
