Arby's — Restaurant in Omaha

Today I stopped at the Arby's on 90th and Maple St. This location is good to me, I never had any issues with this particular location. The food is hot, prompt and taste good. Service is awesome, the employee's there are decent hardworking folks. Today I stopped at Arby's and I ended up ordering a corn beef sandwich and everyone or anyone who loves a good corn beef sandwich knows that the meat can be a bit salty depending on how it's cooked. The corn beef sandwich that was served to me was extremely salty. Would you like a sandwich to go with your salt? That's how salty it was I couldn't even eat. It's bad when you can feel the salt coursing through your body. Arby's you really need to ease up on that salt. The best way to cook for the public is to add little to no seasoning especially when it's salt. If you know better than do better and your customers will...

This Arbys location has checked out. I ordered 12 Arby's regular roast beef sandwiches and 24 Arby's sauces. I received 11 sandwichs and had to ask for the Arby's sauces at the window. There were no cars in front of me or behind me when ordering so, it was not busy at 07:05 pm on Thursday 03/27/25. There were at least 3 people at the drive through window when I drove up. I waited and received 2 bags. I had to remind the employee that I requested Arby's sauces and she didn't even give me a receipt for the $32.90 charge. I understand fast food can be stessful but when you are not busy and can't count to 12, can't remember to include or offer Arby's sauces, and don't provide a receipt. It's time of find better staff including the proported Manager!!! I will be spending my money...

Worst ever visit...won’t go back. Upon arrival there were about six people waiting for service and no one at the register. Ordered the Smokehouse Brisket and the new Mountain Brisket. Management chose not to inform guests that they had no Onion Strings for their sandwiches. The new “mountain” sandwich was also served on a regular bun , not the advertised Texas Toast.. Really sad looking little sandwiches. After complaint manager offered order of onion rings only at request did we get two orders as both sandwiches were defective. Never did get Texas Toast apparently they thought the onion rings would cover the deficiencies. The person acting as manager...it was hard to tell...needs some serious customer...
