Bogie's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Omaha

I've been eating here for years. I'm a regular at this point. In 2019 it was possible to buy a bacon cheeseburger here for a reasonable price, ($12-13) depending on extras. I just ate here this week, 2023, and ended up paying $16 for the same exact burger. I also noticed a "non cash up charge" of almost another dollar. I basically paid $20 for a bacon cheeseburger that used to cost $5-$6 less just a few years ago. The new pricing increase isn't justified given I'm eating the same thing they've always served. 4 stars is bc the staff, but I've noticed the price hike and it can't be overlooked at this point. I feel like the owner doesn't even like the ppl in the area, if he did then why charge a cover and why raise prices so blatantly in such a short time? We didn't order any food. We sat down and waited for more people and while waiting the bartender was so sweet as to come over and explain that they were not doing table service but didn't want us to just sit there and wait so she came over. We thanked her for thinking of us and explained we were waiting for another couple before we decided to order our drinks. She was so kind and when everyone showed up she was wonderful when going to the bar to order our drinks. Sadly, while waiting, a DJ started playing music so loud we could not have a conversation without yelling. We would have stayed longer and had a few more drinks but instead opted to go to a bar nearby that we could talk without screaming...

I’m from out of town here for a baseball tournament.

First of all it took forever to be waited on. Myself, I order seasoned wings. When they were served they had sauce on them. I asked the guy who waited on us and said they are seasoned. You don’t like them oh well.

2nd. After placing our order they made me give them my id and held it until I left. Made you like a hood rat.

3rd. They play music so load you can’t hear each other talk. Hello. Nobody’s on your dance floor or singing karaoke.
