Bruegger's Bagels — Restaurant in Omaha

The store is not worth going to unless you want falsely accused by Scott. The branch manager. He has been embarked me even though I have not done anything wrong in this store but order online. He claims that employees were given me free food when they were not. I also used to be an employee here and quit due to his attitude. Constantly cutting me on hours and not standing for his word promising me more hours but instead cutting me.I walked into the store to the today as a dasher to pick up an order and he walks out of the office say that I've got to go giving me no explanation of why? But would he told me on texts that it's because an employee that transferred from his store said that I was harassing othe employees. Has he also even told me that she never made that complaint? But it's also the same employee that was accused of giving me free food when I can show proof I have always paid for my food i personally feel that the company needs to do something such as let scott go because this has been an ongoing problem for quite some time that most employees don't even want to work for him anymore because of...

Second time we’ve gone to Bruegger’s in the last 2 months. The first time was at the location off dodge closer to downtown, today was off 114th and Burke. The last two times we ordered bagels to go at BOTH locations, the bagels were pale, cold, undercooked, and just awful. I always swore up and down that Bruegger’s Asiago Parmesan blows Panera’s version out of the water, but I can no longer be truthful in that statement. Used to drive past a Panera to get to Bruegger’s intentionally, but it looks like Panera is getting my business moving forward. Super bummed. I was raised going to Bruegger’s. Oh, and to Bruegger’s - don’t reply telling me to visit your website to fill out a form about my visit - I did that the first time after you all asked me to after my first review and no one ever got back to me. This morning I had breakfast with some family, we had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our cashier was CC and she was absolutely terrific, had no problems getting our orders in correctly and our order was made fairly quickly too for four bagels. This morning I had the Farmhouse Bagel which was perfectly toasted and a great combination of ingredients. The hash browns that were baked on top of the bagel were unexpected but a savoury addition that I really enjoyed, as was the Country Pepper cream cheese. I also got from the Lunch Bagels, the Hot Pastrami bagel. It was perfectly savoury with the fresh pastrami , the Everything bagel is a perfect choice of bagel for this delightful lunch bagel.
