If you like caramels, you'll love Boxicanyon Caramels! I was traveling with my grandson a few weeks ago and told him he could grab a treat at the airport. He picked a bag of the Vanilla Boxicanyon caramels and throughout the trip I would hear, where are my caramels? He loved them so much we had to get another bag when we got home! I can't blame him, they are creamy and delicious! It was nice to know I wasn't the only fan in the family. They added several flavors this year. The Thai Spice and Ginger are really good! The Lavender Rosemary was nice and subtle. There were several other flavors I haven't tried yet, but so far the Walnut are my favorite. Received this as a gift, and I am so happy. I love caramels anyway, but some of the flavors you can get are AMAZING.

The caramel with a Ghost pepper sounds intimidating, but I bit off about 1/4 of the caramel, being cautious and all. Not to worry. It got warm, and actually a tad hot...but it didn't ever get to the level of a burn. It was beautifully balanced against the salt and sweetness of the caramel. Just delightful.

Every flavor I've tried...including some I don't normally enjoy, have been really good, and a few were eye-opening.

Well all I can say is once you open the bag you need A LOT of self control to stop eating!! I share the Vanilla and the Grey Sea Salt with my Grandma and Dad and they say the same.... can't stop eating!

I have also tried the Chipotle- nice little Chipotle flavoring to mix with the sea salt. Great savory snack
