Green Onion Lounge — Restaurant in Omaha

I have been to this establishment a few times. Each time I went I had a terrible experience. The service for one was the worst of all. I never been to a bar and have been treated so badly. The bartenders and the doorman were extremely rude. Almost like we were a nuisance (Mind you that I am one of those guys who just go to the bar for a couple of drinks and hangout. NOT one of those who are loud and obnoxious). Me and my friends had to wait for almost a half an hour (seemed like an hour). The rumors are true that they do make their drinks strong, but I will never go back there again! There are hundreds of other bars that have a better environment and 100% better service. I mean they just talked to their friends and ignore us. We weren't the only ones either. Others had to wait and be ignored with a dirty look when we ask for another round. I wouldn't be shocked one bit if this place closes soon. Everyone else was quiet and took it. I, on the other hand, said you guys are extremely rude to me and my friends and would not come back. What a surprise they took 20 minutes to get a tab (THIS PLACE WAS SLOW TOO!). Even better, I am banned from the place. I just laughed when my friend told me. Either way, don't be surprised if you have a terrible time when you go.

We went here instead of another nearby bar because everyone talks about their "extra super duper strong" drinks. The environment was nice, The drinks weren't very strong, just normal I guess (which is ok) but the service was absolutely horrible. We were basically ignored the whole night. It took us almost an hour to get a second drink while the cocktail waitress walked around talking to her friends multiple times at other tables. By the time she did take our order for a second drink we waited a long time with empty glasses watching her take orders at other tables of parties that just arrived.
