Casey's — Restaurant in Omaha

This is definitely the worst Casey's I've been to, and since I travel for work daily, I make a lot of stops. Many months ago they stopped allowing even adult, paying customers use the restroom overnight "because kids play in there". Now they don't ever open them. There is always a bunch of junk stacked in the walkway to go to the bathroom. I understand that places are short-staffed but EVERY other Casey's manages to keep the restroom open. They also are listed as 24-hour, and again, I know the world has staffing issues, but several times a month I have to drive somewhere else because the store is closed and they have all the lights over the pumps shut off (the pumps are operational but I'm not going to stop to fuel up in the pitch dark in that neighborhood). You also have to be prepared to be harassed for money, as this store has people that have made residence on or near the property. I barely feel safe going there in the light of day.

It’s the standard Casey’s on 13th Ct., but they have a terribly maintained car wash. It is often down, and when it does work, it leaves a spotty wash or does something crazy like not rinse the soap off your car at the end. I’ll try it every month or so, reasonably expecting it to be fixed, but nope. This last time, the terminal just took my money and didn’t even turn the wash on. I guess I’m done trying. One amusing note is that their “car wash down” sign has been removed from the frame, but the frame is still sitting there. And none of the display lights that indicate whether the wash is functioning or not are lit. I guess they enjoy to keep people...

This is the third time this person, shows some attitude and I believe he needs to understand the concept of customer service. Basically if you can deal with people you're in the wrong job buddy. I didn't say anything before because we all have a bad day. But I come in mostly every week and unfortunately this person always gets me when im ready to pay. You have a very bad attitude, unprofessional and rude. You declined using my rewards because the system was down, while I've moved to the other cash register and the lady gladly help me and guess what I use my rewards. Period look for another job or retire since you look like you're...
