This Starbucks has had some phenomenal employees working here for as long as I've known it existed. These guys are thorough and very Snappy, sometimes that can come off as being a bit rude but they do get the job done and get it done very well. Well trained Baristas make me very happy. The only downside to this store is because of its centralized location it gets very very busy, and that parking lot is a nightmare to navigate. People do not seem to realize that it is primarily a one-way street through that parking lot so watch out for drivers who are not paying attention is the only bit of advice. I would love to see this store get bigger and perhaps expand that parking lot to remedy this issue, but I don't believe that will happen seeing as how it would be more of a drawback to close down the store for remodeling that it would to just keep it open and deal with the issue as its present. Read moreI was wrongly accused! 9-7-2024 I took my kids to Starbucks for my daughters birthday the total was $23 and i paid with a $100 bill, I was given $66 in change which was incorrect so I let the lady know and handed her the money back, to which she then gives me $56 back so I tell her she now gave me $10 less, she then sticks her head out of the drive thru window and almost in my car aggressively looking for the missing $10 and accuses me saying “I don’t know what you’re trying to pull here sir” and directs me inside, once I’m inside I see the $10 on the floor by the drive thru window that she dropped and accused me of taking!!! She goes and counts the drawers and ends up giving me my correct change, but doesn’t take accountability and says someone else had already given incorrect change and the drawer was already messed up, no remorse for calling me a thief when it was her mistake in the first place, I WAITED 30 MINUTES JUST TO GET WHAT I WAS CORRECTLY OWED!!! Some of the baristas push the pump completely down and some just pump it partially down. It's hard to get a consistent tasting drink, when there's no consistency in the making of a product. Also, no foam would mean just that, or a slight hint of it, not 1/2" to 1+" of foam. At 114th, we ordered at the counter and was given the total, then I mentioned that we wanted to scan for the rewards points and she told me that it was too late. She said that you have to tell them ahead of that time. I almost asked her to void the transaction and go across the street to Stories. Our drinks have always been consistent there.
