As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a symphony of out-of-order signs. Seriously, it’s like a treasure hunt to find something that actually works. The floor? Filthy. The trash? Piled high. The coolers? Barely any drinks in sight, like they’ve been raided by a pack of thirsty zombies. Speaking of zombies, let’s talk about the guy behind the counter. Poor soul looks like he’s seen the end of days and is just waiting for the sweet release of… anything else. His customer service skills are on par with a rock. “How many doughnuts you want?” he asks me while gazing longingly at the ceiling, probably dreaming of a life far away from this doughnut purgatory. The best part? When I tried to tip him, he practically begged me not to. “Keep it,” he said, dead inside. For the price they charge for a doughnut here, they could at least invest in some therapy sessions for this guy. Needless to say, I’m off to Winchell’s Doughnuts. At least there, the employees manage to zone out while still pretending to help customers. Cheers to slightly better indifference!

This donut shop is magical for kiddos to come and enjoy the atmosphere and a sweet treat. This morning -8:45 on a Tuesday was pitiful. Zero napkins for customers except near checkout, empty creamer station, note on the dry creamer saying it gets clogged but works, every trash can overflowing. Spills and splashes all over the coffee bar containers on the coffee bar covered in built up gunk in every corner sprinkles under every dining room seat and table and no clean table to sit at. I am usually forgiving at any dining location for a table needing cleared or some food debris here or there (moms always have sanitizer wipes) but this is just neglect. The restroom was so filthy, overflowing trash, tissue everywhere. The coffee was hot, the donuts pleased the kids but for goodness sake do better Hurts Donut!

Came in at around 8:30. Customer service wasn't the best. It was my first time there so I was checking out all the different donuts they had and the lady serving me looked like she was impatient and I felt rushed in my decision. She didn't smile the whole time and it felt like she was in a bad mood. The coffee machine is down (they haven't cleaned it and don't plan to it feels like). After all that and seeing all the donuts that LOOKED tasty from the outside, they all ended up bland and just dry. It dried up my mouth so badly that I had to drink water like ASAP I also really wanted Kolaches but they said there wasn't any. So if you're looking for Kolaches, don't come here.

My husband went in today (April 2025) and bought a half dozen. 3 raised salted caramel and 3 cake - peanut butter, snickers, and chocolate with nuts. He got there at 7:30 am so it's not like it was 4 pm with stuff sitting out all day (although being open "25/8" as they say, there really should be no excuse for old donuts.

First - ALL 6 of them were HARD. I mean bang it on the table hard. So we bite into them. Mine raised, his cake. They were so stale tasting, dry, and just crumbled. I asked him if he bought day old donuts. He said he didn't even see that option, but no, he paid full price and they were taken right out of the glass case. Truly the hardest and most stale donuts we ever had.

Second - if you closed your eyes and tasted each (I did not taste peanut butter one because I'm not a fan of PB) you would have NO CLUE which you were eating. They just tasted like chocolate on top. My salted caramel had a chocolate drizzle. I could not taste any salted caramel anywhere, just chocolate. If I had been blindfolded, I would have had NO CLUE if I was eating a raised or cake donut. They were all that hard, dry, crumbly, and stale.

Almost $19 for 6 donuts and they were the WORST I've ever had. Even give me little powdered sugar Hostess donuts over that.

I couldn't give zero stars, so we'll say the one star is customer service. Although I had to call about 20x in a row because someone would pick up and instantly hang up. I guess when my persistence trumped their phone ringer sanity, someone answered. The manager was fully apologetic, gave us a refund and said they'll have to make sure they're testing quality. Said they have heating issues, it's chilly in there, and it affects the donuts. Well this was not "it's a little chilly crusty". This was rock hard, dry, stale and crumbly all the way through. Nothing about them tasted fresh at all. I still swear we got at least day old donuts.

Do I recommend Hurts Donut Omaha? Absolutely NOT. Go to Petits, LaMars, Square Donut, Krispy Kreme, Winchells, etc. Even Hy-Vee or Walmart is better than this overpriced crap...

Google pushed an article to me about this place opening up. I'm not big on sweets and especially not donuts....but for some reason I had to go. 24/7 donut place brings me memories of The Donut Stop. Husband and I went Saturday evening around dinner time, line was out the door, as expected. But kept patience and jammed out to the tunes. Maybe took 15min tops to get from parking lot to ordering. Not bad! The place is amazingly adorable and would be perfect to hang out on a beautiful day on the patio that was well stocked with comfy seating and brightly colored chairs and tables as well. Inside - rustic happy heaven! I love the brightly colored seating and walls with touches of rustic wood. They have swings.... SWINGS! For seating around the perimeter of the store. How cool!!!! Right now with the line being wrapped around the interior bc it just opened not really able to sit at them to dine, but still unique!!! Now those donuts. WOW! For background, despise Krispy Kreme and Petits is just okay....these donuts were heavenly. So many choices. Clever names....we haven't tried them all, but the ones we cut bites off of did not leave us one bit disappointed! They mostly all seem like raised donuts....I believe there were a few cake donuts, but not my jam. The staff was kind, busy as heck, but kept their cool and despite being worn out (I'm sure) they were still upbeat and cordial. Didn't mind telling the millionth person today what that donut was or that one over there. I live 45min away, but next time I'm in the area I will stop. Highly recommend and cannot wait to stop here when it's not busy busy so I can just hang out and enjoy...

Worst experience I have ever had there. Upon entering, my husband had already ordered a few donuts himself and I wanted to see if there was maple bacon… the employees were nowhere around. I had to holler out (which I don’t like doing) and the gentleman said that he doesn’t know how to make yeast donuts? I probably looked at him confused because he said, “day shift makes them in the morning and then we just put out what they haven’t or restock” I ended up sitting down with my family and just had a donut that he bought already. I noticed the trash in the corner near the door was not only FULL but completely filling over and there was trash on the floor. It looked very very unprofessional. I had glaze/sticky-ness all over me and wanted to wipe my hands but no napkins at all anywhere in the dining area. Noticed how much was “out of order” on the machine for drinks AND ice…? (I know things come up and can break but that seemed to be a lot that wasn’t working or was out of stock) I ended up walking up to the counter and noticed the outside “patio” was also torn apart the rug was all folded up and in a ball and trash all over, as well as trash all over the place and not in the can behind the counter as well. I just felt that there’s something going on in this establishment that may not be noticed by management or above but I would hate for these things to interfere with customers and your business. I hope that things improve in the future as that was not a good experience at all, makes me not want to go back...
