My daughter and I went inside store on 18940 Evans St, and I ordered a small Caramelicious and a kid's smoothie. There was a couple that ordered after us. After about 2-3 minutes, the gentleman received his drink. About a minute or two after, the couple went to the pickup end of the counter to inquire about the woman's drink. They were informed that their order would be ready momentarily. After about a minute or two, they received their drink and were on their way. I waited about a minute or two and still NO drink for us. I went to the pickup end of the counter and stood there, and no one acknowledged. Now mind you, there were any other customers inside the store. Then I went to the order section, and asked if there was a manager available and I was told a firm NO. The correct response should've been, "Is there anything I can help you with"? I said, "Is there any reason that we haven't received our drinks and the couple that placed an order after us has?" The shift lead stepped in and asked what we ordered, and I repeated it. She told me that they'd have our drinks momentarily and I told her I wanted a refund. I was livid!!! Everyone that knows me knows that I love Scooter's Coffee and I've never had any issues. The shift lead, Andrea, was very kind and patient with me that day. I spoke with the manager the following week to share my experience and told her that I expected a phone call from the owner. Unfortunately after nearly three weeks, I haven't heard anything which I find unacceptable to say the least.

I would not recommend Scooters to anyone, but would try Starbucks instead, I havenāt had a problem with them!!
Revised! Three weeks later!!! Apparently Scooters doesnāt care about their customers. Still have not heard anything back!!!! I will not do business with them again!!! Sometimes they reply back to posts, but only if it is a positive reply. They also have a 2.7 rating with their reviews and are NOT BBB accredited, no surprise!!!!

I contacted them via email and they claim a tech glitch happened and they sent me a tracking number. So a week later on a Monday I received that tracking number and it is now Thursday. If I log in to track the package it still states that the carrier is waiting for the package. This is ridiculous! This company is huge and there is no reason why shipping out 5lbs of coffee should take over a week! The owner of this business needs to be made aware that their staff canāt even complete a simple task. What a disappointment!
I am updating my review. I really like this coffee so I keep ordering it. I just started to order with plenty of time in case there are shipping issues. Over time they have gotten better with shipping out orders more quickly. I am guessing they were just growing quickly and it was a learning curve for them and their employees.
