My experience had been above and beyond today. I was greeted with open friendliness and was seated immediately with little to wait. I got to sit up at the bar and watch the scenery of all the staff. Read moreNot a good experience. We came in and had to wait to be seated even though there were open tables. Pumpkin praline latte was good but kind of a gimmick considering my partner got a basic latte and it tasted almost the same. The best part was the Carmel and whipped cream on top.
Also ordered a cinnamon roll and it didn't come until after our meal, even after we flagged the waitress down to ask for it come before our food after waiting 10 minutes.
My partner ordered the homestead and said it tasted good. Portion was smaller and it could've had more gravy. But overall okay.
I ordered the Benedict and I normally love Benedicts. It was utterly tasteless. The muffin was hard and cardboardy, the scrambled eggs seemed fake eggs with no seasoning, the ham was hard too, and the hollandaise was awful! When I brought it up to the waitress she just said ok. I then asked to have it removed from the tab and the manager said she would not remove it because she said we had eaten more than half, though we did not. Didnt offer to take off anything or discount. Blamed us for not bringing it up sooner.
Awful experience. Will not be going back. Bill was over $50...

Wasn’t crazy busy at all, service was extremely slow, waitress was not very accommodating at all or apologetic for their problems. I ordered salmon avocado toast and my girlfriend ordered a naked breakfast burrito. She was served and mine never showed up, after my girlfriend was finished eating and mine still had not shown up the server finally came to let us know someone in the kitchen “stole” my avocado toast and they were making a new one, mind you this was 23min after my girlfriend received her food. No offer of compensation or real apology or attempt to make it right so I just told them to box it up. When I paid my bill they asked how it was and I said not great and they didn’t ask any follow up questions or try to make it right when I paid so unfortunately I did not leave any tip as I had to pay for a meal I never received during my time there. Very unfortunate today and I don’t think we’ll be back anymore to this location. I hope this will be a learning moment for them and management I believe needs to train them better on customer service...
