Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Omaha

Horrible experience because of the OWNER. She is unprofessional and rude. We had a messed up order; we order online (so the order was in writing). I called back and the night shift manager answered and offered for us to get credit in a gift card back and apologized because they were busy. A week goes by and I get a call from the owner (who hears our order and immediately makes a comment about how expensive the sandwiches are, yet to find out she is saying that because she doesn’t want to give us credit for those because they cost more) who doesn’t care what was wrong with the order and leaves us 2 regular subs for free. Well our order was for giants. We had $17 into each sandwich and she gave us $14 in credit. She then goes about that what her night shift manager said to us isn’t what she would do- so I guess she doesn’t have to do what he said. Her response to me was “ well did you eat the sandwiches” “ were you able to eat the sandwiches” as if that matters. When we came in to get the cards both times she never apologized or anything. I finally said “I’m sorry for your order would be appropriate for you to say” and her response “for not putting jalepeno on half” which was one of 8 things they had wrong.

I do not reccomend this jersey mike simply because the owner is absolutely rude and disrespectful. I should add when I showed up after my husband was just there to get the other 2 free cards I asked to speak to the owner, she comes out on her phone finishes her text and then helps me.

Absolutely inexcusable behavior...

The food is good. The rosemary bread is great. The store is always very busy. There is absolutely zero advantage to ordering delivery directly through the Jersey Mike's App rather than Door Dash.They actually utilize Door Dash for their deliveries. I ordered a sandwich to be delivered. I live exactly 2.3 mile from the store. The Door Dash delivery person dropped the food "outside" of the wrong building location. The door was clearly labeled and it was not my building door. My phone number was on the bag, but no call. By the time I got done wandering around searching for my order, it had been sitting outside in the heat for nearly 30 minutes. I paid a $4.50 delivery fee plus a $4.00 tip, to have my food thrown on a random stoop. I got ripped off. Had I ordered through Door Dash, that tip would have been adjusted. That's why the delivery driver would not have done that had I ordered directly through Door Dash. They know they can get away with it if ordered through the Jersey Mikes App, because Jersey Mike's will not hold them accountable.Jersey Mike's won't even respond when it's brought to their attention.Good food, but your only options should be, go to the store and stand in a long line, or order directly through Door Dash.There are other places to eat that are less...

Yesterday I called to make a large order of 100 sandwiches for a high school sports team. The owner answered and was extremely rude. She told me her sandwiches were of the best quality and that she loses money when she does orders like mine, and that she doesn't think it is in her best interest to fill my order. I asked her what the price of a sub was and then she practically hung up on me. They were a little more expensive than I remembered but I was going to order them anyway. I was going to pay full price and not ask for a discount for schools. She didn't even give me a chance. She ended the call before i I could say anything more. Too bad, I took my business elsewhere.
