Better off shopping online. The customer service was beyond lacking. I walked in today to buy a set of earrings I’d been eyeing online but wanted to see in person first. While the jewelry selection is definitely exquisite, the customer service unfortunately is sub par. Rude sales associates and an elitist air by staff leave an unimpressive, bad taste for a customer. One particular sales associate even had the audacity to clean right in front of a customer who potentially would have made a sale, in her attempts to push them out the door thirty minutes before close. There are far friendlier staff at other novelty jewelry shops than this...
