Came in to get a free sandwich, the people working had no idea what to do with my coupon. When they had someone who knew how to use the coupon, the only question other than what sandwich i wanted free, was if i wanted cheese. Did not ask me what cheese i wanted. Gave me the wrapped sandwich, said have a nice day. I was not done yet. I was buying a meal for my daughter to eat on a field trip the next day. Was trying to text her to see if she wanted any chips, she was busy at work. Waited for a couple minutes, and i just bought some anyway. The 3 people working, were all were standing right there, and the person closest to the register, asked another employee if they could check me out for rhe chips. I asked for a bag to take my food outside the restaurant, and only was told "we have bags over there". So being the only customer in the store, and 3 employees, they could not figure out who was going to check me out, and could not just get a bag for me to put my sandwich and chips in. It's not hard to NOT fill the entire cup to the brim with crushed ice, especially if you can just read the instructions, but that is exactly what they did and it felt really passive aggressive. If you're familiar with the basic concept of liquid displacement, I paid $2.00 for 3 sips of soda. I also tipped the delivery driver. Pretty nice of me :)
The employee who did it was probably some dumbsh** college kid who feels entitled to $15/hr and never tries to do a good job, calls out all the time, and hates their employer.
I'm a regular here and I always ask for extra veggies. Never get them though. I never get extra veggies. I get regular veggies. Sometimes I get less, even though I want extra. want a full sandwich and a full drink.
Vet your employees and stop hiring the ones who look like they would try to tell you about the benefits of socialism, they can't be trusted and have TERRIBLE...

I spoke with a girl who said she was the manager but I do not believe she was the way she spoke to me when she said my order is not at their store. I went to the store to show her my order number and online confirmation and she still insisted they do not have my order. Finally a gentleman working called a manager who found my order online within 30 seconds and she acted annoyed. I came 20 minutes early for pick up the next day and said kindly I was just early to pick up my order but will wait if it is not ready. A different young girl was working and said very rudely my order is not ready and will not be ready until my exact pickup time in 20 minutes, which is fine I understand but she was very rude about the situation.
