Little King — Restaurant in Omaha

Little King messed up both our sandwiches. When we called talked to manager, they took our name and said to come back and they would make it right. We went back a couple days later and they refused to give us the sandwiches even though they made them, they then proceeded to snatched the sandwiches out of our hands when we told them we called and talked to the manager that day and that she wrote our names down. Stating we should have brought the sandwiches back or better yet kept them in the fridge until we were ready to show them their mistake. We were unable to make it back up same day due to appointments and just grabbing a quick bite along the way. When I pay over 25 dollars for 2 sandwiches to be made the way we wanted and they mess it up, i shouldnt have had to starve and preserve their mistakes just to show them or bring back their mistake sandwichs. Ive never heard any place demanding their mistakes back. We did the right thing and called right after we got home and notified them they stated they would make right and when we returned. We were yelled at in front of customers in the dining area and told well u should have brought them back after they snatched the sandwiches they made for us out of our hands. Will never come back to this location. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever...

The lady that runs the place is extremely rude to staff and customer went in to grab my door dash order for my customer walked over to register where the young girl was working told her my customer name and showed her my phone for proof of customer and the lady working over at bread assuming the manager is yelling at the young girl in front of everyone that we don’t look at phones and that we don’t have time for that first off as a door dasher you always have to protect yourself so you don’t get in trouble with door dash in itself and second off they should be checking phones for proof of person because the theft with door dash is so bad and then She starts yelling at the younger gentleman that was working there, this woman has been rude other occasions when I have came in for pick up as well. She’s extremely unprofessional and it definitely needs to be dealt with. I’ve never had a pleasant experience with her anytime I’ve been in there. And even worse off, I feel terrible for her employees who have to...

This is our go-to sandwich place, hands-down. We enjoy the food we get from here, it's always good and fresh, and even though we often order the same things, they notice it if we make little tweaks like changing the toppings or bread. It's these fantastic people that really make the difference. We frequently use delivery apps, especially since the pandemic started, so we haven't even met these folks face to face yet, but they already know us. They take the extra steps to make sure our orders are right, and they call us if they have any questions or problems with the order. (There are so many places that don't!) Their customer service is absolutely outstanding. They are so committed to making sure customers get their food how they want it, they really care and it shows. That's becoming increasingly rare, and having spent my share of time behind a retail counter, I know how hard it is and we try to recognize and reward that when we can.
