Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Omaha

It’s been at least 10 times we have ordered extra bacon (a 5$ charge) to a wrap and they have literally never put any bacon on.

Out of those ten times once they sent a driver with a new sand-which.

I have videos of me unwrapping them almost every time because they do it EVERY time. With the receipts to show we paid for it.

I worked at Jimmy John’s when I was a teenager for a little over a year. It was the easiest job I’ve ever had. How you can so consistently mess up an order is beyond me.

I have to give these guys some love. This have been my Jimmy Johns since I started going to Jimmy Johns over 10 years ago. I've watched dozens of employees going in and out of that building, and never once have I not enjoyed my food, or not enjoyed the company of the staff. I generally go with my dad who is a man of many cool or interested t-shirts, they call him "cool t-shirt guy" and we always enjoy some good conversations with the staff as we enjoy or sandwiches. Two weeks ago we ordered from this store only to receive a call one hour after we ordered to tell us that it would be another hour until we received our two sandwiches. I had to call to find out. What was going on. I talked to the manager and was offered a refund, an "I'm sorry" and we "only have one driver". Tonight we ordered again and the order took 45 minutes to arrive. We live just a mile from this location. I may be overly harsh so I will give two stars instead of 1. The draw for us is the speed.
