This place is awful ! Please do not go to this restaurant. They have the worst customer service ever ! And the guy at the window is mean to customers. as I said in my last review. Never go to this place they treat their customers horribly. I went through the drive thru and ordered the 1/2 super nachos again after they already had messed my order up 8 months ago. I was willing to give it another try. I told the man that I only want ground beef and cheese on the nachos and all the toppings on the side. When he gives me my order I opened the bag and there was nothing on the nachos. The ground beef was in a separate box. I told the guy at the window about it and he started to look at me like I’m dumb and then started to argue with me about it. He then finally understands what I’m talking about and he asks for all the food back. When he brings it back he just THREW The ground beef and the cheese on the nachos that were already placed in the bag without even heating up or making me a new order. I had to pay 20 dollars for the nachos that I had to put it in the microwave at home ! This is the second time I have been treated rudely at this place. Worst customer service I tried speaking Spanish then English and still wasn't able to get my order the man was off..at the end I couldn't order because I heard a female on the speaker intervene and no shame said to the guy tell her if she's going to order to order right just because I wanted my steak well cooked .... Called in to ask for the manager and the girl hung up on me I called back repeatedly and she kept hanging up on me.
