Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Omaha

Whew, this one was rough. I love Little Cesar's, but this is the kind of store that gives people the impression that Little Cesar's is low quality pizza. Went in to grab a few pizzas for the family and had to explain to the cashier what I meant when I asked for a few pizzas "made to order". He proceeded to look at me as if I had two heads. His confusion was contagious because I don't know how I could've been more clear. He went to the back and grabbed a coworker and the explanation process began again. Now there were 3 confused people standing around the register. I was at a loss when the first guy decided to ring up the order I had originally asked for. I paid, and then watched the guy turn around and grab a couple Hot'n Ready pizzas out of the warming station. I say "my guy, these aren't made to order." He says "But these are fresh." It's almost as if the store only makes about 3 or 4 pizzas a day and can't be bothered to make a couple more. I was pretty tired of trying to explain what I was asking for at this point and had already paid, so I just grabbed the boxes and left. Y'know, in the end, it would at least have been kind of funny after the fact if the pizza had been halfway decent, but unfortunately it was possibly the worst pizza I'd ever received from a Little Cesar's. There was little to no sauce used on the pizza as well as it not being as "fresh" as the cashier had stated. Go buy a lunchables pizza and have a better experience...

2 times ive gone and been dissatisfied. 1st time i ordered 2 classic pepperoni pizzas and was told i had to wait 15 mins when they clearly had at least 2-4 boxes of pepperoni in their window/oven/fridge thing behind them. (The reason why i ordered was because i saw those boxes were hot-n-ready and i didnt think i needed to wait) so i waited the 15 mins in the store. And when they restocked the oven with my 2 boxes i thought he was giving me he grabbed the bottom 2 that had been sitting there since id arrived. So i basically waited 15 mins for them to restock and i got old pizza. The cheese on the pizza was not freshly hot. It reminded me of reheated school lunch pizza. I thought 2nd attempt i placed my order online istead and that gives them time and i dont have to wait and when i get there they have a handwritten sign that says they closed early due to online issues. They still charged me and havent given a refund after a week of this incident. Most dissatisfying little...

We stopped to get some pizzas on our way home. They didnt have a selection of ready to take pizzas with us so we decided to have them make fresh ones for us. The two teenage girls behind the counter couldnt concentrate long enough to get our order started. The gal said it would take 6 to 8 min if we ordered and after 10 min of waiting they hadnt started the pizzas yet. They were too busy giggling and flirtung with the boys that came into the store. And one of the gals was so concerned that it was her birthday instead of doing her job. After 20 min i demanded my money back. The manager on duty didnt speak clear english so it was hard to tell what she was saying. My advice would be to go to a...
