McDonald's — Restaurant in Omaha

This restaurant has turned into a complete joke in just the last two months. It used to be a solid 4 or 5 star location. Used to have great service and speed. Now you're lucky if you can even get an order. Today I never got my food that I paid for on the McDonald's app. I tried going inside to inquire about my order after waiting for 15 minutes in the mobile app parking spot. My order was for one burrito and a coke... nothing fancy, nothing that takes more than a minute to make. I couldn't even talk to a front desk employee. I wasn't the only one either. I asked the lobby visitors (there were several) if they had even had a chance to place an order yet. None of them had. After waiting a few minutes inside and never getting to speak with anyone I went back outside and called the their local phone number. To my surprise, a lady answered and I spoke on the phone and explained I had never received my order. She told me just a minute and it'll be out. I heard her tell another employee to take care of it. I waited several more minutes, but they never came out with my order. Total waste of nearly half an hour.

The problem with this place is they don't seem to care about mobile orders any longer. I can watch a dozen drive through cars go and get their orders as I sit there waiting for a small order. It's happened several times, but only recently. This place used to be good but I'd look for a different location if I were you. Terrible service!

I'm extremely very upset when I go through the line yesterday at this McDonald's get back to my office realize that one of my meals are missing out a sausage egg McMuffin meal with extra sandwich I immediately call to let the place know that we were missing some of our paid order I was told that they would take my name my number down and since I was unable to come back across as I'm at work at my business to come pick up this order that they screwed up on I called immediately noticing there was no receipts I expressed the fact that there was no receipt so here I am out of my way stop through the McDonald's as I was told to and I'm refused to have my order replenish wasn't asking for a lot here whatever happened to taking care of your customers so this company is okay with screwing me out of my money? I don't quite understand their employees did not do what they were supposed to do did not pay attention to what they're supposed to pay attention to they made the mistake of not supplying a receipt they missed out a good portion of the order and I is the customer who is paid for this service was told no so I'm just out of my service the rude woman crosses her arms and hands me one sausage egg McMuffin I said ma'am I'm not out here to try to get you I have business I called right away and did what I should which was more than I should have the only thing I should have had to have done was pay for my order and get it...

EXACT same story with the hot fudge sundae!! I specifically ordered just that, when I got to the window, she handed it to me without fudge, just ice cream, no lid. I didn't take it, and said "That's not what I ordered" she ROLLED her eyes at me, and said.. SO what then? I told her, again as my receipt said.. she came back with about a quarter size of chocolate on there. She slammed the window shut with no words, I waited for literally over a minute to try to get someone's attention for a manager, but he was too busy taking selfies behind the counter with employees and people over the counter in the lobby! I just drove off. Never again, oh also add in the HUGE attitude they give you when you even pull up to the drive-thru, the automatic recording pops on, but know one says anything.. you have to ask Hello like 4x before they answer.. any other McDonalds says hello after the automatic greeting plays. This is horrible management, and staff at this location. Not to also add the 10 minute wait every time in line. This isn't just an exaggeration of things due to my initial complaint, it is a final exhaustion of a compilation of things that I have had enough of.
