The food quality and taste has really gone down hill and this location is no exception. Either employees are not following recommendations when prepping/holding food, or cooking utensils/equipment/storage are old, out dated and producing gross food. Unfortunately this seems to be the case at most major fast food restaurants which is scary considering they all are short employees so should be able to afford updated equipment/better quality ingredients. Unsure if this is up to the individual franchise holder or Corporate. I digress... The employees do not seem to care much. They're nice enough and perform bare minimum required tasks for food distribution, but beyond that nothing. This of course shows in the atmosphere. The dining room doesn't seem to be top priority nor does actually working as most employees are chatty with each other and customer orders are just an annoyance to them. Management is very noticeable as they are better at faking customer service. Unfortunately this is a general review for ALMOST all McDonalds I've visited (at least 10 different restaurants) since the beginning of 2023.
Lete explain almost. There are two McDonalds locations I've visited this year that should be the general models for all McDonalds.
(Omaha) 114th and Dodge during the mid morning to early afternoon. This is the cleanest McDonalds I've been to in years and there is ALWAYS someone cleaning (at least 3 separate instances at different times). The employees are always EXTREMELY nice and they actually seem to care for the most part. The food is better at this location as it seems management is weary of hold times and equipment cleaning.
(Fremont) 23rd by Hospital - I have also visited this location at least three times and have the same opinions as I do the Omaha mentioned location. With one exception. The building (bathroom/sewage) needs an upgrade (smell while in the bathroom only) otherwise it is another shining example of what a current...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited and experienced terrible service. Me and my friend ordered our own meals, on separate orders. He forgot about a coupon he had for a free frappe, so he goes to the machine to avoid distrusting the employees that were dealing with the drive through. The machine scans the coupon and still charges us for the drink, so we cancel the order, and try again. Then the machine says that our code has been scanned. So we ask a girl about it and she didnāt know what to do so she went and asked an older lady and she told us basically tough luck. That we messed up. The younger lady offered us her personal coupon but I didnāt want it. So then about that time our food was ready and we asked for sauces, and they gave us the wrong sauce first, then when my friend went to ask for the right sauce, and his sauce, they made him pay for it when you are supposed to get 2 free sauces with each meal. So then I went and had to trade In the wrong sauce in order to get the correct sauce I wanted. Not to mention the rude attitudes the whole time. All...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI waited five minutes or more outside to receive my receipt, had to go inside and talk to"Shannon" she thought 3 or more minutes to get the receipt to me. So I explained that this was a company expense, and she replied with " I can't do anything about that you got your order" . When I tried to see what kind of resolution we could meet for company time spent.very dissatisfied. On top off all this no bacon a one Patty makes it a cheeseburger. Not a m double with Bacon, cold fish and stiff and cold fries when I got to work, everyone complained about it and asked what we were going to be reincarnated. I had to take the blame for this and it really looks bad on me. I always used to love love your food but to top it off undercooked fish made one of the employees sick enough to leave work co
