Came to the drive thru at 4:59 am, and ordered. Went to the window and paid. Drove to the second window and was told that my hash brown would take a couple minutes to make. They asked me to pull up to the 3rd window out of the way. I waited 13 minutes at the 3rd window. There was 7 employees in the building, all talking to each other and hanging out. One of them was actually working ,but she was stocking the coolers and other items . I finally backed up to the 2nd window and asked where my food was. They said, oops, sorry, let me go check. They came back w my food and said here is a 2nd hash brown for your wait. I appreciate a 2nd hash brown. But the breakfast bagel with it was now cold. And the store was empty of customers since the lobby isnt open that early. How about a little customer service. They completely forgot about me sitting at their 3rd window and then it took, me going back to the 2nd window to get the food that was apparently sitting there and was done for a little while. Even the hash browns were barely warm. So it's obvious that they forgot about me. I come to this location 3 to 4 times a month at 5 am and get the same lack of service or burned bagels. This is finally the straw that broke the camel's back. So I am now writing a review so that they can figure out what they need to do to help customers even when they arent busy and all want to hang out and chat about who knows what. Read moreOrdering was difficult as is. But everything read right on the screen. How I ended up with half my order wrong and not getting my order is beyond me. Then to call and speak to the manager and tell her this is the third time in a row that the food has been messed up and at this point I just want my money back. I explained what was wrong with my food and what I didn’t get and she wanted me to return all my food…. Ma am my children at this point are eating and so is my significant other. My one child sufficed not getting a happy meal that I ordered and took the 10 pc meal instead… but me what if I was allergic to onions?? I specifically asked for no onions and didn’t even receive my nuggets with my meal. So I told her from now on I was checking my bag before leaving the drive thru to make sure my food was all there and properly made right and she proceeded to tell me I would be going to jail if I did that. Read moreUsually the only issue I get with this McDonald’s is if they mess up my order . But tonight I got horrible costumer service! It was fine placing my order , afterwards they teller told me to go to the first window... NO ONE WAS THERE !! I saw that the person at the second window was waiting for me, so I pulled up preparing to hand them my money. Instead she gives me my drink , and I’m confused... she then asked “Wait ... you didn’t pay?” I explained by saying, “ No... there was no one at the first window.” So then she tells the people in the back, “ Ay they beenin slick.” After hearing that I was upset ! I clearly said there was no one at the first window meaning there was no one at their designated area, and she excused me of pulling a fast one basically though I clearly had my money ready to hand to her .
