Never eaten at a NY style pizza place where they actually make the pizza from scratch, rather than a premade dough. It's a little bit chilly for us, but the atmosphere was so nice and relaxing, they have big screens playing sports, it's very clean, they keep the tables very clean. We over ordered, but we wanted to try different things. The pizzas were great, the crust was the best part, nice and chewy while having an awesome crispy outside crust. The accommodations were so great, they have pre chosen toppings for some pizzas, but you can change the toppings if needed. Which we did, and our guy was awesome enough to give it to us on the side, which was great. The pesto pasta was great, the salmon was the highlight of the meal, cooked to perfection, with a nice crispy crust. If I could, I'd just order the salmon. The flavors were nice and mild, not a punch in the face, but I was told, not by the restaurant, that subtle flavors make it easier to eat more food. Garlic knots(so nice and garlicky), Creme di pesto (salmon was so good) Grandma pie classic, Giovanni side giardiniera And dijon (was so nice we could get it on the side), and a Margarita pizza (13") nothing bad to say about anything. Our server was so nice and attentive, if we lived here, I'd totally come back again.

We stopped by for a quick, light dinner on an extremely hot humid day. Both the Philly and the chicken pesto sandwiches were fantastic. All the ingredients were fresh, you get a ton of food without having to worry that you’ll feel overly heavy afterwards. Each sandwich comes with a small bowl of cucumber/onion or Mediterranean pasta salad. The service was super speedy, we hardly waited at all, and their prices are very reasonable ($13 for the chicken, $15 for Philly). They offer some vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, too. You can choose gluten-free crust for your pizza or plant-based cheese for pizza or pasta. There is a fenced-in outdoor area with tables and a small stage where they host songwriter showcases on Sundays from 5-8pm. The owners and all of the staff are super friendly, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Gonna have to try their pizza next!

I finally decided to come try their Cheesesteak Philly after seeing a bunch of recommendation on local food group pages. I knew Noli’s had great pizza but was skeptic when their Philly was mentioned as “the best in Omaha”, especially since I’m a huge fan of another business’s Philly. I tell you what, Noli’s didn’t disappoint. The Philly was massive, rich in flavor, and their special sauce was a great compliment. As a side I got the cucumber and onion salad - it was more of a tiny little shot of it but it was good! The tangy and crunchy mix offered a nice contrast to the sandwich. The best part of the Philly was their home made bread that it came on - super flavorful and thick! Highly recommend trying it out!

Hands down, one of the best pizza spots I’ve been to in Omaha!

First off, the pizza is phenomenal. Perfect crust, amazing sauce, and the cheese pull is next-level. You can tell they actually care about what they’re making — it’s not just thrown together. Every bite was solid.

But what really surprised me were the garlic knots. I wasn’t even expecting to love them, but they were soft, buttery, loaded with garlic, and just crazy good. Easily the best I’ve had.

Then I tried the Italian beef sandwich... and honestly, it could go toe-to-toe with the ones I’ve had in Chicago. The beef was super tender, juicy, and full of flavor. They even nailed the peppers and au jus — not something you usually find done right outside of Chicago. I wasn’t expecting that level of authenticity, but they nailed it.

Overall, this place seriously delivers. Everything I tried was awesome. I’ll definitely be coming back — and bringing...
